They're super accommodating and James even offered to help me out over a holiday weekend when the shop was closed! I've been having issues with my tire and tried many spots in the area. This is exactly what they are counting on. Needless to say, I will not return there. No transparency in the pricing and once you're there they know it's 50% chance you'll give in because the appointment is made, you've driven there already and you need it done. That's just not cool whatsoever. I hate when businesses can't be honest from the get go. You lose my business plain and simple.
