My husband has been bringing his cars to this shop In West Orange for decades at this point and trusts them wholeheartedly to do repairs and perform maintenance. The other day, he told me that he goes here because they have a reputation of being honest and doing quality work at fair prices. I really rely on the car for work, so having the car in good shape is important. I want to feel confident and safe while driving the car each day and going out on the road. So I'll bring our car here for regular oil and filter changes. Recently, I brought the car over to the garage for a couple of jobs to be completed: rear brake pad and rotor service, front suspension ball joint and valve cover gasket replacements, and a wheel alignment. Very happy with the work!

Not only was the diagnosis absolutely correct, but it was explained in a way that actually made sense without talking down to me. Derrick and his team have been my mechanics since I moved to West Orange in 2018, and at this point I trust them completely with my cars. They're straight shooters. If something can wait, they'll tell you. If something needs attention now, they'll show you why. No pressure, no mystery charges, no unnecessary parts swapping. From a technical standpoint, their diagnostics have been consistently spot-on. They don't just throw parts at a problem hoping something sticks; they take the time to trace the root cause, whether it's electrical, drivetrain, or something more subtle that other shops miss. The work is done right the first time, and I've never had to come back for the same issue. Pricing is fair, turnaround times are realistic, and communication is excellent. They treat you like a long-term customer, not a one-time invoice. Shops like this are rare, and if you're looking for a place you can stick with for years, this is it. I recommend them without hesitation.

I just picked up my car today and Jake saved me $3k+ by working his magic and sourcing a part that is generally only sold as part of a much larger & more expensive part. I could have kissed him when he told me he would have driven to another state to pick through car junkyards for the part if he had not been able to find one online. And he was not joking. He would have done it. The team is ultra nice. Everyone is very professional, yet also warm and welcoming. I am #Jakesforlife

My new go-to place for BMW repairs!!…read more So, I begin having trouble with my car (struts, suspension and smoking underneath the hood). Last year I went to the BMW dealer (for something completely different) who told me I needed specific work done that would cost me $7k. Fast forward a year later, I let the dealer know what I was now experiencing and without taking a look at it, the consultant advised I should really get the work done that they advised me to get last year (this would not include the suspension or struts). So I begin to look at other options for payment including Klarna- which the dealer did not have. This brings me to Bimmerhub. I was getting down to the wire of needing to get the work done so I called Bimmerhub (after reading the reviews of course) to ask if I could bring my car in on short notice. Not only did they take my car in, I was able to get the actual issues that I was experiencing- fixed for a much lower cost. On top of that, I thought they would be keeping my car for no less then a week- but they were able to it back to me within a few days. I spoke with Mike at the front desk who was super pleasant to work with. More importantly, my car now runs smoothly. Hands down- great customer service and an even better alternative to going to the dealer. They have officially earned a new customer!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This shop's negligence put my life in danger…read more I had my car towed to Park Street Automotive with clear symptoms of a critical suspension failure: a violent lurch to the left when braking, a loud rumbling, and a worsening steering wobble. They ignored these critical safety symptoms and diagnosed only a noisy exhaust. When I questioned this, they were dismissive and, after the repair, told me to "take it on the freeway for a spin and see what happens." I took it to another shop for a second opinion instead. They immediately found the real problem: the front control arm had failed and my wheel was literally about to fall off. The issue had nothing to do with the exhaust. A mechanic who fails to perform a basic safety inspection and tells you to "see what happens" with a failing front end is not someone who should ever be trusted with your vehicle or your safety.
