Instead of taking responsibility, he complained about how he had been stuck in an airport for days and told me the job was a "pain in the ass." It's not -- the part is right behind the splash guard and takes about 1-2 hours for an experienced BMW mechanic. It took me 2 hours in my driveway on my 3 series.
