So I had an appointment scheduled for today. Due to my phone communication issues I missed his call and the appt. I was in my lobby and he was parked across the street for 20 min. Eventually I get a text to reschedule. I was very annoyed. Finally spoke to them and I must say excellent customer service. I spoke with the owner and he explained he called and text me several times. I explain I didn't get any of them. Long story short I called my voicemail and had a total of 30 calls that didn't come thru from July!!!! Tri State was right and they made me aware of my phone issue. The gentleman who performed my repair was actually a magician. I had a small dent on the edge of the door and he patiently did his magic until the dent was gone. They gave me a time of arrival and he arrived exactly as promised. The gentleman was polite, very enthusiastic about affecting the repair, and did a wonderful job. i was pretty worried about the dent i received on my jetta's hood, seemed like whatever that hit my hood left a nice imprint. so i emailed tri state after researching a couple of places, sent an email with a pic and less than 6 hours i received a reply and quote. not bad. few days later mike came to my home to repair the dent and did a great job, took about an hour, and couldn't be happier with the job he did. great price! i highly recommend them read more

Easy and fast. Originally I inquired about getting two cars at once and was told appointment was only available to do one. When the guy arrived to do one, he said he'll have them both done (one panel on each of the two different cars) in 30mins.
