Amazing customer service!! Nothing but good things to say about them. They are thorough & check for everything. Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an AC fix & they took care of it super fast and efficiently. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend for your auto needs! read more

I was given the run around and paid for services that did not fix my overall issue. I took my vehicle to Sadowski after receiving a diagnosis from Lincoln. Despite Lincoln detailing what the issue was and me requesting a quote for that specific service, they insisted to run their own diagnostic and believed it wasn't what Lincoln said it was. They partially fixed what Lincoln said the problem was and said that would fix the issue but insisted i also fixed other problems unrelated as well. I received the vehicle back and the main issue still existed. My car intermittently did not start and would shut off for hours randomly when out as it was happening prior to bringing the car to them. I took the car to another mechanic who fixed exactly what Lincoln originally said was the problem and now the car works perfectly again without any issues. Their prices were very high compared to other shops in the area. read more

Excellent service fast work at comparable pricing highly recommend bringing your vehicle for repair to Sadowski very friendly

I have been using Sandowskis Auto Care for many years. The first time I went there to get my car fixed, I since continued to use Sandowskis Auto Care. The Owner is so very helpful. He does as much as he can do to get your car fixed and back to you as soon as possible. He is a very kind, caring, knowledgeable and wonderful person (Tom). His mechanics are the best. You will have your car in the best hands. They are very kind, knowledgeable and get your car up and running very fast. They don't cut corners. They truly care and correctly fix your car. The woman who answers the phone is very kind and curtious. She relays messages to the owner or mechanics. She is very helpful to get your car into their shop as soon as possible. She calls you when there are updates about your car. I have always said that once I went to Sandowskis Auto Care, I never even considered going anywhere else. I would give Sandowskis Auto care 10 stars. They are a great Auto mechanic shop by far. You would be crazy to go anywhere else. Go see them and you will know what i mean. They are in North Arlington NJ. Sandowskis Auto Care is the only place to go. read more

I am extremely happy with their approach to repairs, and appreciated the fact that everything was meticulously diagnosed and explained to me (in writing!) It is most refreshing to deal with mechanics who listens to what you have to say and validate their findings with proof (so that you don't feel ripped off). Most important - it's obvious that customer services is important to the owners of this shop, which makes getting car repair work done slightly less painful. read more

We've been taking our cars here for over two decades and I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Honest, trustworthy, and always do quality work that they stand behind 100%. The best shop around, hands down. read more

Any time you have an issue with a car, it's a crapshoot. Most people don't know how to diagnose a problem nor how much the repair will cost. I brought my SUV to Sadowski Auto Repair after getting several different diagnoses from the dealership and independent auto shops. Tomasz quickly diagnosed the real problems, explained why he knew it, how it would be fixed and the ballpark timing & costs. After I agreed to the estimate, the owner checked-in with me regularly about the process, timing & costs. Everything upfront as an honest business man. When I picked the car up, there was a small issue that they quickly and nicely took care of. This place is busy, and the reason is because they are an honest auto repair shop. Highly recommended. read more

I'm not kidding you I have no beef with this auto care center but if you're looking to get ripped off and lied to I mean really really ripped off this is the place for you they do nothing but lie embellish and make up things that are wrong about your carAnd give you crazy nonsensical prices total rip off buyer beware Really stay away from this place read more

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything was explained thoroughly. They even showed me and explained the problem caused by a previous mechanic. They also have me some tips on how to get the work redone properly by the previous mechanic. So helpful. I will be going back to get all my car stuff done here. So reliable. read more

I took my car in for regular maintenance. They communicated the status of the vehicle in a timely manner. The price was reasonable.

I took my car in to Sadowski for an oil change and a brake+rotor change on my Jeep Wrangler. I have always taken my Jeep for service at the dealerships but got tired of the mediocre service and overlooked service issues I've experience from Teterboro Jeep (I once purposefully left one of my tires with low air to see if they would notice...they didn't even check). My experience at Sadowski's was eye opening, never have I experienced such professionalism and care at a mechanic. From the nice lady at the front desk who took my information, to the mechanic who came out and explained all the services (in detail) he would perform and even called me again later to confirm everything. When I went back later in the evening to pick up my car I was greeted by the same warm smiles and enthusiasm you get from people who really care about their business and customer base. This was also during the holidays and they left a nice treat for me to snack on during my ride home. They have made a new long time customer and I will be recommending them to everyone I know! read more

The entire staff is incredible! Shows that they really do care about your individual needs... you never feel ripped off here. They even call you after you have your car serviced to check if everything is ok. Who does that ever anymore? I love this place and would recommend it to all! Ok read more

My car needed a small part that brought in installed. I knew the work wouldnt be too difficult and upon their great reviews I decided to take my car to them. Not only did it come out to less than I expected but it came out to less than they quoted me. I also love their thorough check up of the car. They send you a report with all the details by text. I ended up changing a drive belt as well that they sent a photo of and showed me in person. It was dried and cracked. This saved me from possibly being stuck in the side of the road all because I was unaware. They're super friendly and personable along with being experts at what they do! I recommend this place to everyone who appreciates gold star service at fair prices! read more

Amazing jobs! Amazing service! Amazing people! Here you can find the perfect combination of quality and money. The people work there are extremely extremely professional, competent and kind. My truck required a major engine job and they were able to find the issue and repaired it in less than 3 weeks ( my previous shop kept the truck for 2 months and it didn t got repaired it at 100%). I am happy to say that I finally have my truck back running great almost like new ( 2005). I highly recommend this place and the people they work there. Big shout out to Tom! Sadowski is the best! I have been going there many years and they are well worth the extra trip as I no longer live close by. They fix what needs to be fixed, but never anything you don't need. They are friendly, reasonably priced, and experts in what they do. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

I've used Sadowski for at least the past 5 years, maybe more. They always gave me good service. Then they moved to the new location, and I tried a new mechanic closer to my house. Well, I hated him, and 6 months later, I needed the same problem repaired (!), annnnd I went back to Sadowski. The best thing about them are 1) they listen well and 2) they explain the solution. I've talked to several mechanics there over the years, and they've always been really patient and thorough in telling me exactly what's wrong in simple terms. It builds up trust, and I feel that they genuinely care that I am happy with the service. I have come to them with problems as vague as 'my car shakes at high speeds' and they are happy to figure it out for me. read more

Came here on recommendation because My truck was hurt . He had the car three days because of the problem I just want to thank them! Especially Eddie. The shop was spotless and customer service was great . He kept me updated every step. Would def come back. Thanks again guys read more

Really friendly mechanics and the receptionist, Heisey (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is great. Going in to get your car fixed isn't the most pleasant of times but she makes you feel welcome and "in good hands". The mechanics are very up-front about their work and explain everything in words a normal person can understand. I'm relatively new to North Jersey and I drove by everyday on my way to work and I needed some work done so I gave them a shot. I love the online scheduler. I put in all my info, the reason I was going, when I wanted to bring it in, and how I wanted to be contacted. I chose text, and 9am the next morning I got a friendly text confirming my appointment. I highly recommend Sadowski. read more

These guys are the best! You know you're in good hands when the shop is so clean you could eat off the floor. This place looks like a professional race team's garage! You know these guys take pride in their work. And that was also evident in the great job they did for us. We brought our truck in after spending over $900 to repair the a/c at another shop back home in LA - wasted money as the a/c only worked until the freon leaked out. The previous shop never found the problem, which was obviously a leak, but they claimed it was the compressor and other things. Big waste of time and money. The only thing that really worked was filling the freon, which was evident a couple of days later when the a/c didn't work. At Sadowski they refilled the freon (and did a bunch of other repairs quickly and at a reasonable price), put in the dye and had us return in a couple of days fully knowing the problem was a leak. A leak no one else seemed able to find. Sadowski found it, though. We're in NJ for awhile now, and Sadowski is the only shop we're going to. They're the best! read more

I am a new customer. I brought my car because the Acura dealer said, " there is an oil leak." I did not want to pay exorbitant fees for that, so I took it to this place instead, because I heard such great reviews...., Wow! Talk about great first impressions! The manager Ray was very communicative, honest and up front about what was needed. He even told me what I did not need to do and that some work could " wait". They did a thorough assessment of my car and sent the details as a report with pictures showing proof of dirty air filters, and dirty oil transmission, etc. to my phone. They repaired what mess the Acura dealer left behind! All at a reasonable price! I went to pick up the car, it was washed inside and out, and they actually left a goody bag for Christmas! Knowing nothing about cars, I felt that even as a woman customer, they did not take advantage of me and were fabulous! I highly recommend this place knowing because They are honest and have your back! read more

Great place! I don't do many reviews unless it's really good or really bad. This ones really good. Heard about Sadowski's through word of mouth from a friend. Checked them out online for pics(place is immaculate) and reviews. All green lights, so I gave them a try. First, the place is exceptionally clean. Really clean, and that is importantant to me. The girl at the desk was very polite and professional. They took my Jeep in the morning and a couple hours later sent me a link of an extensive vehicle check list with descriptions, pictures, and seriousness of the issues. Tom then called and explained everything and we decided on a plan and it was done that day. Decent price, good parts, and no bs. When I went to pick it up I see they used covers for inside the vehicle and left it just as clean as I had it. I met Tom and he was very polite, professional, and respectful. You don't see too many shops run like that anymore. Very happy I went there. Hope to be a long time customer. read more

Awesome service. They really care about your car. A slightly expensive, but do a great job.

Just moved to town and am a first-time car owner so I was very nervous when my car wouldn't start. On top of that, I apparently needed a new inspection and an oil change, which little ignorant me did not know about. However, I called Sadowski and they took it in that same day. Phone manner is always friendly, the owner is an absolute gem! He is very straightforward and open about the process, trustworthy, friendly, efficient, EVERYTHING I want in a mechanic! Got my car diagnosed within about a day, and everything was fixed up in just a few days. Not only that, but they called me about a week after I picked up the car to check up and see how it was running! I love this place and will now not take my car anywhere else. read more

I was not happy with the service and the quote I received. The price of parts I was quoted was considerably marked up. I was told 181.00 times four (because I needed four coils)- turns out they come in a set of four for about 120.00. You do the math. That did not include the labor they were charging me on top. Do your homework! read more

Tired to over charge me. Lied about the cost of the parts by hundreds of dollars. Be careful when dealing with them.

I can trust this place which means a lot. Had an engine light come on, dropped it off no problem and communication was good throughout the whole process. I felt that they appreciated my business which counts . read more
