So my friend introduced me to My Family auto after telling me some of his stories how Charlie…read morehelped him with his cars. He said Charlie was fair, and had a heart for people that didn't necessarily have the cost of surprise auto repairs in the family budget. As a businessman, I know how much it costs to run a business. When running a business, everything is expensive because no one seems to give a guy with a business a break on price. Additionally, who has time to shop around for the best deal on this and that, while running a successful business? I understand all this. But Charlie has a heart. If you are in a bind, and he can find another way to tackle your issue, to buy you more time, he will work with you. However, understand that everything pertaining to auto care is expensive, especially after COVID. Additionally, everything has to be fixed properly for safety. He won't do anything half-way, just to save someone money. It doesn't work that way. So Charlie is a fair man and I wouldn't hesitate to take my care over there for anything. He was able to find my coolant leak, and it turned out to be a less expensive part than he initially thought. Of course, being an honest guy, he charged me less. I can't promise that will happen for you, but he is an honest man. In conclusion, the name fits, My Family Auto, where Charlie will treat you like your part of his family.

Honda Universe - But tires are only supposed to be on 5 years they didn't bother putting new tires let alone give the car a safety inspection

Not a terrible experience at this shop, as most experiences at car dealerships are absolutely…read moredreadful. I wasn't hounded like a piece of meat by the sales people which I found to be be quite satisfying. Checked out a few cars outside by myself before being approached and asked for help. When I politely declined, the salesman (Jose) was pretty cool about it, gave me his card and told me if I needed him, I could find him. He wasn't pushy, or overly zealous. He let me do my thing, and about 35 minutes later I came back to him and he was happy to help me. They fell short of 5 stars, not because of customer service, that was pretty on par. Their pricing was a bit off, and I had to ask the manager for a breakdown of my pricing three times before he actually brought it to me. They helped me get a new car which was desperately needed though, so check them out if you're in the area.

My mechanic noticed that the clock had been reset and said they likely turned the battery off to remove the check engine light when they were selling it. It cost me $1500 to fix. Then the starter let go a week later. I called the sales rep and he said unfortunately you bought it as is. I feel like I was deceived by them. Also the inspection sticker on the car was from two years ago and the catyltic converter needed to be replaced. I have called the sales manager 5 times and have never even gotten a call back. Run away from this place.
