Two years ago, my son had his Toyota Tacoma repaired due to a collision involving the driver's side door. Over the past year, we noticed that the paint began to bubble and peel in a few areas. Branning provides a lifetime warranty against defects in repairs. We brought the truck back for inspection a couple of weeks ago. George, the manager, took one look at the door and agreed that something under the paint caused the defects. There were no questions asked, no excuses made and no blame directed at anybody. George directed Donna in the office to arrange a schedule for repair. Donna was polite and helpful. The truck was brought back in on a Monday and was completed by Friday. He went way beyond what would normally be expected; turns out Honda will only credit him .5 - 1 hour on the repair, which was definitely a Honda engine problem, and even took several of their tech's to figure out. He spent much more time on it, even though he knew he wouldn't get fully reimbursed. I'll be paying him some extra for his efforts, and I highly recommend him. He kept in constant touch as well during the process.
