My experience with Jack's was less than stellar. My 2025 Tesla sat at their shop for MANY weeks, with no forward motion, and NO updates, unless I called them. They blame Tesla supply chain issues. Ok, maybe. Called on the day my car was supposed to be ready, and was literally told my car is being detailed at the moment, and would be good to go, right on time. Swell. I'm an airline pilot and I could not make their early closing time, as it was a Friday, and they close early. Ok, fine. That's on me, not them. The problem arose when I paid for the balance owed over the phone with a credit card, and made arrangements for them to lock the vehicle outside in the lot. I didn't need the specific key they had, as Teslas can be completely operated by the Tesla App. I arrived, the car is indeed parked outside, left completely unlocked with the original Tesla keycard sitting on top of my final bill, for anyone in the world to walk by and see, or worse, steal. Absolutely nothing would have prevented it. Nothing. So whatever, it wasn't stolen, no biggie...I guess. It gets worse. Much worse. So so when I arrive to pick up my car, there was a Tesla identical to mine that was sitting a far away is off and didn't move the entire time. I was evaluating the condition of my vehicle. Turned out this gentleman identified himself as one of the managers there, and was I happy with the results. I was not, and showed him exactly why I was not. He agreed the car was in horrific shape for customer delivery, and to his credit offered the sun and the moon to make it right. I was too heated then to really come to any terms. Back to the car......The vehicle was in horrific condition. There was body filler (I'm guessing) dust everywhere inside the car outside the car on the windows on the inside on the windows on the outside. It should be noted my cars are kept pristine, garaged, always. I dropped it off pristine, minus the body damage. To add insult to injury, I have a 4K dashcam installed in that vehicle that records through 4 different cameras, audio and visually. Some employee decided to remove the interior camera from my windshield resulting to damage to my LEGALLY installed front window tint. They also unplugged the other cameras, sadly for them, not before I have beautiful 4K footage of the offending event. What they didn't realize is that was no ordinary dashcam. This dashcams live streams to the "cloud". It's designed so that anyone whoever damages your car couldn't just throw away the evidence. It works great. The manager was informed and shown EVERYTHING I claim here. I have lots of photos and videos, which is why this manager approached me in the first place watching me take all of them before I moved the car.So that's plenty enough said. Let me just say in summation that I've been contacted since by many "different" managers....so they have offered heaven and earth over the phone and Facebook messenger. Let me be crystal clear on that. I however that the lack of integrity, the outright lies told to me by employees, precludes me from ever returning there. Maybe if their ONE so-called "Tesla Expert" (he's not) had been the offender that lied to me personally. That told me car was being detailed. Might even be I have video of such expert removing dashcam cameras and ruining a $500 piece of tint film. Never before. Most certainly never again. Husband brought his car in to have a door repaired and was originally told it would be done in a week. That was supposed to have been Thursday the 7th. They FINALLY called today to say the car was done... Only to get there and find out they lost the key! How does a garage lose a key to a car they JUST fixed?? And what guarantees do we have that nobody's going to find the key & steal the car before you get around to getting a new one?? I can't even imagine how slip-shod of an operation this is when you lose a customer's car key. Beyond ridiculous. I also see a lot of 1-Star reviews lately, which tells me this business has more issues than poor planning and apparently non-existent organization skills. read more

tell us about your experience.... where do I begin? the fact our car was suppose to be done in 2 weeks but took a month just for it to have to be brought back in because the hood latch was broke, the back rim wasn't changed or even polished to hide the scratches, the hood wasn't even really on because the latch was broken, the wind shield fluid was spraying from inside the hood thinking the line just wasn't put back on..... Extremely unprofessional to be asked to not report it to our insurance. Then to get it back again finally we thought... NOPE but instead they still didn't fix the problem so we bring it back and explain what's wrong and we get it back just for us to not be able to take it home. Then we finally again get it back looks good thought we needed wind shield fluid and what!? The hood can't even open now unless one person opens the hood and one to hold the hood popping latch And that's not even it they broke the line to the wind shield fluid. I used Jack's several times in the past with no problems. But what they did to me today was unconscionable. If you decide to go to Jacks you are a very ignorant human. I told them I had an Intoxalock 's on my car they said no problem. I rearranged my entire life to get there. I saved money. This was two months in the making. I showed the guy how to use it. He cried like a little bitch, and they wouldn't do my car. I cannot return, or take out the Intoxalock's without paying an exorbitant amount of money. I cannot be the only person with a court ordered breathalyzer in my car today. It was an unbelievable shit show of little babies. I will never use them and this is not the first time I will post. My 2006 car has been involved in three incidents over the last 13 years and Jacks has repaired it each time. What a great place! If you have the misfortune of needing a body shop, this is the place to go. If you have Geico Insurance, it's even better, since the have an adjustor on-staff! The place is huge, very clean, and has an Enterprise Rent-A-Car right next door. Staff was super-friendly and extremely helpful. Although there was a snafu which delayed getting my car back (wrong part came in) they were sincerely apologetic, expedited the replacement, and had my car done the next day. I am very satisfied with this shop and Honda Accord looks new again. one can't find the spot where someone scratched two layers of paint off or the little fender bender on the other side. They also cleaned the inside of the car including my leather seats. I rarely ever leave reviews, but this was needed. If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped my car off on July 24 to have my roof repaired after a tree landed on it during my students' graduation (I'm a teacher). They started the work, and then decided to deem it a total loss TWO weeks after the fact. I went to see my car and take pictures to show my fiancé so we could decide if we want to keep it or not (In my pictures my inspection sticker was still on the windshield). Picked up my car 6 days later, and someone stole my inspection sticker. The month is still on my windshield, but the year is gone. I asked them where it is, and they said they never touched it. When I told the owner I am calling the cops, his answer was "whatever". Police report was made. DO NOT go here! There is a thief working for them!!! read more

I'm going to be honest, they fixed a dent in my car, it looks fine, whatever. However, I am EXTREMELY upset and VERY uncomfortable to say the least that they took it upon themselves to clean out my entire car. Sounds crazy that this is upsetting right? They had absolutely NO right to go and clean out all my belongings in the back seat and move them into my trunk. Why are you going into my trunk? Why are you touching all my work things in my back seat? They took all my shoes, (hiking boots, running shoes, and two pairs of work shoes, where I work weddings so they are expensive shoes) and THREW them into my trunk, which is already full of stuff. They went into the under compartment where I keep things like seashells from beach trips with friends and rocks from hikes etc, and threw them out. They are GONE. I had rocks from a waterfall in South Carolina, shells from beaches in Florida, and stones from my roadtrip out to Nashville this summer etc. GONE. They moved all my seats and adjusted all of my mirrors, for what? Where did they drive my car? I dropped it off at the place it was to get fixed. Why was my gas mileage down half a tank when I dropped it off on a full tank? I have bins of clothes in my trunk, do I have to go through it to see if they stole my winter coats or snow boots or snowboarding pants? What they had to fix was OUTSIDE of my car so why was ANYTHING AT ALL TOUCHED ON THE INSIDE? read more

Employee I met was nice. However this shop was merely an inspecting shop for the insurance company when I was rear ended. The guy who did my estimate missed so many things, when I brought it to the shop who actually DID the repairs, the estimator at my repair facility immediately pointed out 5 things that were missed by Jack's. Supplements are normal in body work, but to miss five things that were obvious to another shop? Jack's must work closely with insurance companies to keep their costs down. I recommend using a shop that has no ties to insurance so you get a better job done. read more

These guys were great! Wife got side swiped, dropped it off on a Monday and it was done the same week, Saturday. Great turn around and with the facility as a USAA Star location, everything was taken care of to include the needed rental car, which Enterprise is conveniently located next door. Additionally, I brought the car back as the projector headlight beam pattern was off slightly, took care of it right away and extremely apologetic that I had to come back. Extremely rude manager, Phil! Spoke to me like a second class citizen, nasty, rude, and ignorant to a tee! They do not stand behind their work, having ongoing issues with gas line for many years due to accident and they refuse to fix problem. Also paint is peeling horribly where they made repairs; whereas the rest of the car is fine where originally painted from manufacturer. I have a guarantee and all paper work, but to no avail, they are reluctant to appease me. I also wanted a full custom paint job and new headlights, willing to give them my business, but much to my dismay, they do not do full paint jobs. I have never heard of an autobody shop who does not do full paint jobs! How is that possible? They must really suck at what they do, because of that and all the other issues I'm having with the car they fixed. Good grief! Don't waste your time. read more
