Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional. Highly recommended.

When the hitch was tightened or during transport the lower control arm and sub frame were badly damaged. I asked Kervin when he dropped off the car why he didn't strap the back wheels down. His answer was it wasn't necessary. Since he has decided not to return my calls or texts I'm leaving this review. I also have a lawyer to handle this. Shame because he was a nice guy.
