More importantly, as the tire had to be shipped right around the holiday season, I was concerned about my daughter driving on the damaged tire, Joe truly put my mind at ease as he provided us with a loaner tire. First time any shop was kind enough to provide such a service. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Mullaney as this business follows up and actually returns phone calls. I haven't had a regular oil change place for my past couple oil changes so I have gone to various chain oil change establishments who have tried to sell me on a multitude of maintenance services which I know I did not need. Also, being a female I have also had experiences at other places where male oil change technicians acted condescendingly or try to sell me on things thinking I had absolutely no knowledge on anything car related. This was absolutely not the case here. They are reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges or fees. They also give you a voucher for a complimentary car wash at their Middletown location.
