Someone like me, who knows nothing about cars, really appreciates that last part because other places make it seem like everything is needed immediately or your car will fall apart the minute you drive away so you agree to the work because a professional is telling you that you need something so you trust that it is true...unfortunately, I have found out that is not always true, so, when you find a place like this, you know that's going to be your go to place going forward! **It is also nice that this is a family owned, local business, and I am happy to support them! it is important to keep our local Mom and Pop businesses running strong! They never helped me install the app on my phone even. I ended up asking some computer friends to take a look. The friend helped me get my phone connected. The rear didn't pick up anything, and for a month there were no recordings done. I went back to Ultimate and asked them for help as the rear camera wasn't working. The told me nothing was wrong. I went back two times and eventually ended up going to another place where they told me the camera installed was older and not the right model for my car. I got the new place to install the correct camera for even more money. So for several hundred dollars I have a paperweight of the camera Ultimate installed. I wonder if they'd treat their own mothers the same way!

They said I needed to replace the windshield washer pump which would have costed hundreds of dollars. I brought my car here and they took a look and immediately after opening my hood said that was not true by showing me the motor was still running. Couple minutes later, they found that one of the washers was loose. Tightened and no issues since.

Don't be intimidated because they are Chinese. They do understand English. Just tell them whats wrong and they will let you know if they can fix it and you'll be surprised on how low they will charge. I've been going here to service my car for at least 4 years. Every time I go to Honda to get oil change, Honda says I need other services. I recently went to Honda dealership the other day for wheel alignment. They say I need to replace my rear brake pads. Which sounds about right because last time I replaced them was 3 years ago. Honda wanted to charge $399 to replace rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. I didn't bother to ask how much to get new rotors because I know they will add at least another $700 base on my previous experience with them. I call Auto City and he quoted me $400 for brakes and brand new rotors. Services I had here over the years: replace spark plugs, replace transmission oil, replace brake oil, replace coolant, replace drive belt, replace brakes and rotors, replace front wheel axle, check AC for freon leaks, and recharge the freon.
