I discovered this issue today when I found oil spots in my driveway...one spot for each day since my service. I visited a sister store today closer to where I live where I was told that I would need to go back to the store that performed my service. I was also informed by the franchise I visited that if the bolt was cross threaded it would require the replacement of my oil pan. I'm hopeful this will be done by Jiffy Lube, if required. I will be visiting the store that performed this service tomorrow morning and will report back on their response. - JF

Mike took care of me, and he is an exemplary employee who was kind, courteous, and informative. Excellent customer service. I haven't had a regular oil change place for my past couple oil changes so I have gone to various chain oil change establishments who have tried to sell me on a multitude of maintenance services which I know I did not need. Also, being a female I have also had experiences at other places where male oil change technicians acted condescendingly or try to sell me on things thinking I had absolutely no knowledge on anything car related. This was absolutely not the case here. They are reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges or fees. They also give you a voucher for a complimentary car wash at their Middletown location. I'm glad I found my new go-to oil change establishment.
