The gentlemen who helped me got me in and out quickly, and they took care of everything: fresh oil change, new air filter, tire rotation, topped off all my fluids, and even fixed a slow leak in one of my tires. The service was efficient and professional, and the prices were extremely reasonable. It's not easy to find a place that's both fast and thorough, but this Jiffy Lube delivered on all fronts. I discovered this issue today when I found oil spots in my driveway...one spot for each day since my service. I visited a sister store today closer to where I live where I was told that I would need to go back to the store that performed my service. I was also informed by the franchise I visited that if the bolt was cross threaded it would require the replacement of my oil pan. I'm hopeful this will be done by Jiffy Lube, if required. Today I had an 11am appointment to get my tires change. After they began work on my car, including…read moretaking off the tires of my car, they discovered they were sent the wrong tires. I was told the new tires would be at the store by 2 and that i could expect my car by 4. I don't hear from them so I show up to the store at 4 and they tell me that the tires were just delivered at 4 and that they will begin to put them on my car. about 15 minutes later they call back and tell me they once again got the wrong tires. At this point I asked to be refunded my deposit and to put my original tires back in my car. What should have been a 2 hour appointment turned into a waste of 6 hours of my only day off! I didn't even spend money but it feels like I deserve compensation for the waste of my time (except no way im going back to mavis). What upsets me most is that they failed to verify the correct tires at multiple points: before they were shipped, once they were delivered, and most importantly BEFORE THEY TOOK THE TIRES OFF MY CAR. This to me demonstrates a mismanagement of their facilities and neglect by their employees. Overall I am in the same place I started this morning, only more frustrated and annoyed i'll have to wait a week to spend another day off sourcing new tires.

I haven't had a regular oil change place for my past couple oil changes so I have gone to various chain oil change establishments who have tried to sell me on a multitude of maintenance services which I know I did not need. Also, being a female I have also had experiences at other places where male oil change technicians acted condescendingly or try to sell me on things thinking I had absolutely no knowledge on anything car related. This was absolutely not the case here. They are reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges or fees. They also give you a voucher for a complimentary car wash at their Middletown location.
