I brought my car in so they could raise my back window because it stopped working. When I got there he told me that it would take about 30-40 mins to take the panel off and lift the window. After 50 mins he comes over and says sorry we can't fix the window. I asked why not, he tells me that he doesn't have enough time. I said when I came in you told me that you could do it in 30-40 mins, it's been an hour what happened? He tells me he has other appointments and he's sorry and then gets my car and walks away. I've never seen anything like this. Extremely unprofessional. I will never return. I don't recommend anyone go here. The 2 guys on the job really seem like they have no idea what they are doing.
