Probably the most reliable and honest car repair shop I ever been to. I think it is run by only 2 chinese guys. Every time I go there its always those 2 working. Don't be intimidated because they are Chinese. They do understand English. Just tell them whats wrong and they will let you know if they can fix it and you'll be surprised on how low they will charge. I've been going here to service my car for at least 4 years. Every time I go to Honda to get oil change, Honda says I need other services. I recently went to Honda dealership the other day for wheel alignment. They say I need to replace my rear brake pads. Which sounds about right because last time I replaced them was 3 years ago. Honda wanted to charge $399 to replace rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. I didn't bother to ask how much to get new rotors because I know they will add at least another $700 base on my previous experience with them. I call Auto City and he quoted me $400 for brakes and brand new rotors. Services I had here over the years: replace spark plugs, replace transmission oil, replace brake oil, replace coolant, replace drive belt, replace brakes and rotors, replace front wheel axle, check AC for freon leaks, and recharge the freon. read more

I would give these guys 0 stars if I could, I took my car in for brakes and rotors which were already severely over priced, but I needed them done that day so I went through with it. Not even a month later my brakes were grinding so I took it back in to see what the issue was and they said my caliper was busted on one side causing one brake and rotor to be completely busted, thinking these "honest" people would make right by the work they did I thought I was going to get a price on just calipers, but they quoted me on 2 rotors a brake pad and 2 calipers. When I asked them why they couldn't tell my calipers were busted when I originally took it in they said it was almost impossible to tell, but they were able to tell that the other one was going and show me as well. These guys are criminal and the negligence that they showed is disgusting, I will NEVER go back here and I will be getting the BBB involved. read more

My in-laws were visiting from NYC and their car, an old accord.,must have hit something because a protective piece of plastic on the bottom of the car was dragging. We didn't want them to drive like that so auto city repair took them Monday morning and fixed it. My in-laws were so happy they paid more the price given because of the good honest service. To start let me say I have very minimal knowledge of cars- how they work and what's a good price to fix. So my father often worries when I go off to get things fixed because we know the stigma that follows. After waiting a few weeks for someone to accompany me who might know about these things I stumbled upon this business on yelp and saw they had some great reviews. Due to the stark comparison in ratings to your typical Midas/Pep Boys I thought I'd give this place a try. They were awesome!! They fixed everything within a few hours and they called me each step of the way to let me know cost and if they could do it today. Service is phenomenal!! And the prices were great as well. This is a very good place to fix car. I have been here for two years now. Their routine maintenance price charge compare to average market price about 30% + better. I have Acura MDX 2009 with ignition error lights on yesterday. Need EGR valve replace, Kenny charge me $270. I called dealer just parts alone cost $280.50. I recommend this place. read more

A really good experience. I called first thing in the morning because I had a tire that had dropped 10psi overnight. They were able to get me in immediately, fix the tire and change the oil while I waited. I liked that the mechanic talked me through what he was doing. It's not one of those places where you speak to a desk clerk, hand over your keys, wait and hope. The workmanship was efficient and meticulous. I felt the price was good value.
