They said I needed to replace the windshield washer pump which would have costed hundreds of dollars. I brought my car here and they took a look and immediately after opening my hood said that was not true by showing me the motor was still running. Every time I go to Honda to get oil change, Honda says I need other services. I recently went to Honda dealership the other day for wheel alignment. They say I need to replace my rear brake pads. Which sounds about right because last time I replaced them was 3 years ago. Honda wanted to charge $399 to replace rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. I didn't bother to ask how much to get new rotors because I know they will add at least another $700 base on my previous experience with them. I call Auto City and he quoted me $400 for brakes and brand new rotors. Services I had here over the years: replace spark plugs, replace transmission oil, replace brake oil, replace coolant, replace drive belt, replace brakes and rotors, replace front wheel axle, check AC for freon leaks, and recharge the freon.

Located in the rough neighborhood of New Brunswick, clean waiting space and customer service is fair... well I'm being nice. The receptionist was unprofessional and said we did not charge you for the codes or test drive. I was completely confused- wait your company charges for that? To input a reader into the car to tell you the codes (where you can go practically anywhere and they will tell you for free) or test drive? What? She lost me. Rutgers students, I understand its in a convienent location, but please do not let mechanics rip you off... do a little research.
