Very disappointing experience. I am an older woman and trusted them completely to install a dash camera. They attached it to the rear and front. They never helped me install the app on my phone even. I ended up asking some computer friends to take a look. The friend helped me get my phone connected. The rear didn't pick up anything, and for a month there were no recordings done. I went back to Ultimate and asked them for help as the rear camera wasn't working. The told me nothing was wrong. I went back two times and eventually ended up going to another place where they told me the camera installed was older and not the right model for my car. I got the new place to install the correct camera for even more money. So for several hundred dollars I have a paperweight of the camera Ultimate installed. I wonder if they'd treat their own mothers the same way! read more

Pretty stoked I found this spot being that I'm originally from the West Coast and still pretty new out here. I recently needed to have some custom work done to my new Z71 and Mike was able to get everything taken care of for me. They installed the new Rough Country Struts that just came out to give the front end a 2" Lift leveling out the truck. I also had my front windshield tinted adding the top strip of tint. I'll definitely be going back for the wheels and tires and removing the 1" blocks in the back to give the truck a nice little squat. Horrifying experience. I got 4 new tires put on my car and all of the screws were loose.I was driving with my kids in the car and my tires were wobbling almost coming off. I came there and spoke with the owner and he was very arrogant and rude. He came up with a bunch of reasons why they put the wrong nuts on my vehicle and they gave me the wrong key locks. SMH He never apologized and he claimed that it wasn't there fault that all tires were loose. Never again!!! read more

These guys totally deserve a 5 star review. I no longer drive a car, I drive a sound system. I have a very good understanding of sound engineering and speaker setup. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in my car. It's a pretty tight space (Lexus ct200h hybrid hatchback), and I wanted a really powerful bass that didn't wast any of my scarce trunk space. Because after the initial estimate, i could tell Ralph and his crew really knew their stuff and I gave them some room to be creative with the setup. They had a tight space to work with and I could only have them hold onto my car for a short time. Great service and communication from the first day I came in for a consultation. The instal was complex and they essentially had to rebuilt my trunk on top of take apart my dash and doors. They provided top end speakers at pretty absurdly low prices. They put the car back together with care and after being set up, the interior of the car looks completely stock- nothing unusual you can see from the outside or even inside the car. The sound is U N R E A L. So good. It's like I get to drive around in a full power party. The system is already tuned exactly how I would have tweaked it. Perfectly balanced crossovers. Great clarity and power throughout the entire spectrum. Not muddy. Not painful. Not rattling. Just driving and pressurized audio. DELISH Bravo to you guys! I will totally recommend y'all to anyone I know who is looking to upgrade their sound. read more

I am a new customer and have been there 3x so far with my vehicle and I must say this place is by far the worst I've ever been to for a car audio place. They are a bunch of scam artists! I was first invoiced for speakers, amp and installation costs and after picking up the vehicle and being assured on the phone everything works, everything did not. First the head unit did not eject discs or open the front face all the way. (Had this fixed later at another shop which told me it wasn't properly seated inside the chassis). Second the speakers they sold me were different and cheaper than what I was invoiced for. Good thing I opened the grills and checked the model number on the speakers! Speakers were the same brand but not the same model and were $200 cheaper! What a bunch of scammers! Third I was charged over $150 for power cables? $150?? I called three other shops after I was royally screwed over and was told no one charges that much. They are brand new in each of their stores for $47.95. If you ever walk into this place, you will know that NOTHING has a price tag on it. They pull out this book in the back and look up (or make up) a price because they never show you the book. Fourth after another visit to install a rear view camera, I was charged $200 for a simple Alpine camera (which I was told was new) only to find out later that they mysteriously threw the box out "accidentally" and after further inspection, I can see it was definitely used because one led light was missing for the night light and the light never even worked! Again...SCAMMERS! Fifth after a third visit explaining my issues and trying to get a refund or credit for my last project, they told me "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" and "NO REFUNDS". I told them I would be posting this online and they didn't seem to care one bit. Do yourself a favor and save your $$$ and headaches and pick another installer. read more

Avoid like a plague Went to install subwoofer. They were nice and seemed like they knew what they were doing. They didn't!! Ended up having to remove it after paying a whooping $170. Worst customer service ever! The owner was exceptionally rude and belittling. They tried to overcharge me-- and I witnessed them trying to overcharge another gentleman while I was there as well. They damaged my car and would not stand by their work. They accused me of lying twice without understanding the context of my situation.
