Horrible service two hours to fix a tire valve sensor that they broke when replacing tires two weeks prior. Asked the service manager Bob if they where going to balance tire since they took the tire of the rim he said it doesn't need rebalanced. Your are better off going to a real mechanic cause theses guys haven't the foggiest idea on how to work on a car. read more

I had scheduled for two replacement tires since the rotation of my last tires they put on were rotating the wrong way. After the guy on the phone ordered me tires I showed up the next day to get them out on and it turns out he ordered me trailer tires for my 6500lb van. Thanks to Kelly for being honest she told me these were the wrong tires and that she could order new ones for later in the afternoon. I had work at 1 o'clock and I could not wait until 3 for the tires to get there. KELLY GOT IN HER CAR AND DROVE TO THE WAREHOUSE IN BRIDGEWATER to get me the right tires and get me to work on time. There's not many people in this world that would do something like that. I hope Kelly gets recognized for going over the top and fixing the problem herself. Thank you Kelly and Gail. I've had only excellent experiences at Keyport Mavis, namely working with Mike. He's knowledgeable and puts the time and effort in to make sure the work is done right. I had a light that kept coming on after I had work done at a different Mavis location that they were unable to correct after many trips back. I ended up bringing my car back to Keyport and Mike was able to figure out and fix the issue and do my oil change in under an hour. I'm incredibly grateful to have found someone to care for my car that is trustworthy and just excellent at his job. read more

Never have I ever been in a position where I had a flat tire and the staff refused to help due to a technicality. We had a line-runner, not a truck, and were told we were too heavy to be lifted and they couldn't use their equipment outside their premises (3ft) to assist. Didn't get the manger's name, but #%^* that guy. I hope you fail in all you endeavor. I would never recommend this business and I hope to never darken their doorstep again. read more

I found out the hard way that my front left tire had a bubble formed on its side. The dealership didn't have an appointment for a few days, but I was able to call into Mavis and they said they could get my tire by the next Morning (which was a SUNDAY!!) Sure enough, I was able to come by AND got a better price then at my dealership. Nitin, Ed, and Pete were all friendly and accommodating and I was able to drive off shortly after worry-free. Very friendly and helpful service. Went in with a bad tire on my car I just bought from a dealership. They sold me a car with a messed up tire and lied about fixing it! Mavis helped me out and gave me a great price to fix the tire and even the lug nuts that were stripped from poor repairs at the dealership. I've been here twice in the past month or so (two different cars), and I felt like I had to write a great review after my last visit. I needed windshield wipers, new brake pads and a wheel alignment. The service was very quick and professional. I left my last place because I felt like they were always trying to squeeze extra money out of me, but Suburban is different. The manager at this location (I think his name is Mike) was very honest with me both times I went in. He explained to me exactly what the issues were, why they occurred, and what he needed to do to fix them. And the prices were GREAT - no added-on nonsense charges, which has become common in this industry. I will definitely be coming back for all of my auto needs! read more

Purchased four tires that were supposed to last 75k. The tires were recommended by sales rep and he said they were good tires, which he has on his car. Less than two years 25k later, got a flat so went to get it repaired there. Asked Mike to repair my flat and he insisted on looking at all four tires. He did a visual inspection in the parking lot and told me "You have major strut damage and severe alignment issues". He insisted I needed 4 new tires and strut replacements before even putting the car on the lift. I asked him again to repair the flat (covered on the additional warranty I paid for) and he refused, simply saying it was unsafe...refusing to explain further. I told him I wanted him to explain and he just repeated UNSAFE. I told him I was going to call corporate and he said "yeah okay go right ahead". After leaving, went to my local mechanic and he said nothing is wrong with struts, tires were garbage tires and the flat could be plugged for $15. Do not trust this location or company. Mike was absolutely trying to sell/scare me into buying 4 new tires and making unnecessary repairs. Additionally, he was extremely arrogant and rude. read more

This place was great. The manager is knowledgeable and informs you step by step of what's going on with your vehicle. I had new brakes installed that I bought in myself. They did not fit 100% and they had to do some extra work to get the job done right and did not stop until it was done the right way. My o2 sensors were loose and making a rattling on my exhaust and they even went out of their way to fix that free of charge. I would definitely take my car here for any future service. read more

I have always used this place for years and was very pleased until 2016/2017. I have taken my car in for issues with my breaks. I had to return my car two times in October 2016. I was having issues again. This second time July 2017, I was told my break issues had been a light switch. The issue with my breaks was not fixed. The light never came on to indicate that I needed a light switch to begin with. I am not a mechanic so I took their word that the issue was a light switch. $200 + my car is back at Midas. ........ Went there with a flat tire i was pretty positive it was because their was a nail or something in it because it had a slow leak guy wouldn't even take a look at it. Went somewhere else. Turns out there was a piece of metal in the tire and it was an easy fix. Will never go there again. read more
