I was overjoyed to see the bay doors open and when I pulled into their lot, a friendly young man asked if he could help. I explained my problem to him and he was more than happy to assist me. I was directed to the manager, Delvin, who greeted me and also asked what brought me in and if he could help. I again explained what happened and Delvin quickly took my information and had the mechanics check out the battery to ensure that was the actual problem. After concluding it was in fact the battery, Delvin told me the brand name of the battery and answered all of my questions as far as how long it would last, the cost, etc. When I inquired about a military discount or any other available coupons, Delvin was more than happy to help with that as well. Which sounds about right because last time I replaced them was 3 years ago. Honda wanted to charge $399 to replace rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. I didn't bother to ask how much to get new rotors because I know they will add at least another $700 base on my previous experience with them. I call Auto City and he quoted me $400 for brakes and brand new rotors. Services I had here over the years: replace spark plugs, replace transmission oil, replace brake oil, replace coolant, replace drive belt, replace brakes and rotors, replace front wheel axle, check AC for freon leaks, and recharge the freon.

I discovered this issue today when I found oil spots in my driveway...one spot for each day since my service. I visited a sister store today closer to where I live where I was told that I would need to go back to the store that performed my service.
