I discovered this issue today when I found oil spots in my driveway...one spot for each day since my service. I visited a sister store today closer to where I live where I was told that I would need to go back to the store that performed my service. I was also informed by the franchise I visited that if the bolt was cross threaded it would require the replacement of my oil pan. I'm hopeful this will be done by Jiffy Lube, if required. The next morning almost half the transmission fluid had leaked onto my garage floor. I brought the car back and was told there were other leaks that they missed, and I would get a call that afternoon with an estimate for the repair, but no one called. I followed up the next day and was assured that I would get a call and still no call. I went to another garage, and it turns out the bolts on the rear of the pan were not tightened properly. If I had not seen the leak and driven the car any distance the transmission would've blown.
