This shop has been in existence for decades. I've had several cars repaired here and have never been disappointed. They care about the customer and work to make sure your needs are addressed by the insurance company during the repair process. Every job is done to absolute perfection and they make sure to point out early in the process what to expect. They alway give accurate out of pocket expenses and are willing to do extra work at fair and reasonable prices. You get your money's with at Union Auto Body. read more

Great experience here. High quality repair. Looks like new. Highly recommend. The team there was flexible and easy too work with.

I was in a minor fender bender and union auto body had my truck looking brand new again after having it for only three days. Their attention to details is so good that you would never be able to tell my truck was ever in an accident. They even washed my truck and cleaned the inside as well. The whole service from start to finish was great. The employees were very helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. They made the stress of being in an accident and dealing with insurance companies feel like a breeze. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of work done on their vehicle! read more

on Tues the 12th on my way home from my daughter. I noticed my dashboard popped up my right tire was very low. So I thought I needed air maybe more. so I stopped at Union Auto Body and Andrew greeted me and I explained my dilemma without hesitation Andrew addressed my problem and put air in my tire. on Wed 13th was losing air again. I called Andrew and he said I could bring it in perhaps he said he could plug and patch. Unfortunately my tire needed to be replaced as the nail was too close to the wall. I made the decision to order 2 tires and he promptly replaced and balanced my 2 front tires. I was very impressed with their service. I met Lori and she answers the phone. She is very professional and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely refer and go there again. Thank you, Andrew and Lori read more

I have been to Union Auto body approximately three different occasions over a serious of 10 years. Quality of the work was amazing and works with you on the timing. Had an emergency to get a repair completed for my son and also recommended other issues that were not realized at the time I brought the car in. Once a couple of days later after a repair something failed and quickly took back the car repaired and returned. They stand behind their work which is of high quality in my opinion. My go to repair shop. Good value and very personable. read more

Very dishonest body shop. Openly admitted to committing insurance fraud and had the audacity to ask for cash to fix problem. They come off sincere but clearly a act and also it strongly appears racial innuendo is involved in their decisions. And I'm one for only posting something that can stand on it's own Know that read more

Great experience. They dealt directly with my insurance company and got the job done quickly.

I was referred by a friend that said his repair was spot on perfect. I was hit in the rear and there was a decent amount of damage. They worked with the insurance company and my car was ready a few days early. You'd never know anything happened to my car. Very nice people with great service. What else could you want? read more

brought car in with Airbag light on.. and had a few other repairs.. main issue was air bag light since we already have a trustworthy mechanic. Was told airbag light remained off (battery replacement issue) and told them to fix repairs.. then another issue came up after and told them to fix.. when the car was ready, was told airbag light was on again.. so the main thing I wanted fixed was to research airbag light and it was done.. Spent 1200 to fix car with airbag light still on. disappointed read more

Actually for the sister Co. Union Auto Repairs. Same address. I recently had my 2000 LS (POS) worked on there. They made the repairs quickly and professionally. There was a minor problem with the repair. (It was a simple mistake.) But I had to take it to my local mechanic for further repair. The Most important part is, when I told them about the problem, they apologized profusely, immediately asking for the costs incurred to correct it and insisted on paying for it. Seeing as I had already paid, and being from out of state, (NO chance of return business,) they could have blown me off, easily!!. Not these guys. They stepped right up to take the hit. That, should tell you all you need to know about them. Stand Up Guys, and real human beings!! 10/10 would breakdown there again!! read more

Avoid! After my car was hit from behind I went to the Geico claims adjuster that used to be housed at Union Auto Body on Rt.36. The adjuster listed a number of things that needed to be replaced, because of damage and safety concerns. After submitting the adjusters report to Union Auto Body I was assured that all the work would be completed. After about 1 1/2 week I picked up my car and SHOCKINGLY most of the work that needed to be done was not. They never replaced the hitch that was severely damaged, and the manager explained to me that the original one was fine even though the Geico adjuster said it was not safe to use. They cleaned up the dings and dents but nothing, except 1 outer panel was replaced even though, once again, it was listed as "needs to be replaced" on the Geico Report. In fact. when I picked up my car the trunk still wouldn't close properly. The manager was embarrassed and assured me that it would be completed properly at a later date. After picking it up a second time everything looked fine, but now a few months later the door still isn't closing properly. read more

We were rear ended in the Poconos, and the insurance of the driver at fault asked us to meet the inspector at Union Auto Body. We decided to have the car fixed here even though we were unaware of this local business. We are extremely happy with the repair work, the courtesy and professionalism of the shop, and the fact that the shop washed the exterior and completely detailed the INSIDE of the car before we picked it up. Will highly recommend this body shop to my family and friends in central Jersey. read more
