I locked myself out of my car this past Sunday while at a soccer game over an hour away from where we live. We called a couple of places and they were all unresponsive until we called Across Town Towing who were absolutely fantastic from the polite and sympathetic young lady who answered the phone to the driver who came out on a Sunday in the cold and rain. The driver was prompt and so nice! He got into my car in no time. The price was fair and he was so great. He wouldn't leave until he saw me with my keys in my hand walking back to watch the rest of the soccer game. If we lived in the area I would recommend this company to everyone I know. I bought a car on Monday, and on Tuesday night I got it stuck in about 6 or more inches of mud and it had to be towed out. There was also a stone wall less than two inches away from the passenger side of my new car. The police were called, and they in turn called Across Town Towing. The driver came out to where I was, and not only towed my car out of the mud, but there was not a scratch on the passenger side of the car. Warm sunny Sunday afternoon and I broke down in my mint condition 1969 corvette roadster. I was freaking out. Not only because my baby was in distress, but because I didn't know any towing company and doubted they would treat my car properly....especially on a sunday. WOW was I wrong. Joe came out and treated my car like gold. He took his time to make sure it was lifted up very carefully to avoid any damage or even a slight scratch on the undercarriage. Joe was very patent, took his time and knew what he was doing. Car got on flat bed and was safe and sound. Same deal when dropped off. Let it down from flat bed with the utmost care and even helped me get it started. I was truly amazed at this type of service. If I can and do give A+ and 5 starts to Across Town Towing for towing my classic corvette, then I am sure anyone can trust them with your car. Happy they are in the neighborhood. Hope I don't need their services, but if I ever do again, I will be sure to call them and will surely recommend Across Town Towing to anyone....and BTW, their time to dispatch was fast and prices were extremely fair......I was truly amazed.
