I went weekday during lunch time and it was empty . I was able to go in for the oil change in 7-10 mins . I like the concept of oil changes here . You just sit in your car and everything is done as you wait in your car . Synthetic oil costs about 105$ . They are a bit pricey as compared to my local mechanic but it's easy. I would give few more dollars for the comfort . The only issue is - they keep asking multiple other thiings - like air filter change , coolant , wipers etc etc and generally adds another 70-80$ .. Recently, the manager said that my car battery (on a new car) failed the battery test! Luckily I have a battery test and did not fall for his lie. My battery tested perfectly! I attached the video of the test below that my husband did the same day. Also, when checking my dash cam, the footage shows that they never tested the battery!!! Scam artists saw a little bit of rust and lied about the test. On another occasion they said they rotated the tires but they never did.
