I called John before I headed over and briefly told him what was going on. He said I could bring it over anytime so he could take a look. When I walked in, he knew who I was already from our conversation and my car. He told me he had brakes to work on for another truck but that he was going to take a look at mine right after. He called me back within 2 hrs I believe and told me what he found. He told me how long the repair might take and he'd call when it was ready. Not too long after I was able to walk over and get my car. He told me what he saw and even took pictures of what was under my car and what he had to fix. I'm glad that my car was able to be fixed when it could have been a lot worse! John was SUCH a friendly and awesome mechanic and I was relieved after everything was done. I've found my go to mechanic for sure and I'd highly recommend him!

I was told the new tires would be at the store by 2 and that i could expect my car by 4. I don't hear from them so I show up to the store at 4 and they tell me that the tires were just delivered at 4 and that they will begin to put them on my car. about 15 minutes later they call back and tell me they once again got the wrong tires. At this point I asked to be refunded my deposit and to put my original tires back in my car. What should have been a 2 hour appointment turned into a waste of 6 hours of my only day off! I didn't even spend money but it feels like I deserve compensation for the waste of my time (except no way im going back to mavis). What upsets me most is that they failed to verify the correct tires at multiple points: before they were shipped, once they were delivered, and most importantly BEFORE THEY TOOK THE TIRES OFF MY CAR. This to me demonstrates a mismanagement of their facilities and neglect by their employees. Overall I am in the same place I started this morning, only more frustrated and annoyed i'll have to wait a week to spend another day off sourcing new tires.

My 2025 Silverado is an amazing truck, but two days after a trip of more than 900 miles, it was flat dead, zero current for any function of the vehicle. Chevrolet Roadside Assistance was great in arranging a tow vehicle, (flatbed because modern safety features will not allow a vehicle to go into neutral unless it's powered up enough, and the seatbelt is fastened). The service representative (Keith) received the truck, but sadly they had no loaner vehicles. He contacted me the next business day as promised, and sadly other than the fact that the battery had discharged, there was no internal evidence why. It's not like the old days where that you can likely leave something on; the vehicles are smarter now! Kieth volunteered to bring it back into the shop. Once again nothing to act on! So, you have the picture now. No loaner, no repair to give piece of mind, total disappointment. right? NO! Vehicles will always break, NO MATTER WHO BUILDS THEM!! The circumstances can be stressful, but stick with the shop that's willing to keep communication as they promise, work earnestly on validating/diagnosing/repairing a problem, and never telling the customer they are at fault, or imagining things!
