My Wife car was at parking lot at aviation plaza and for ignorant trying to get a fast fix i contact this person, right away he charge me 150.00 and 609.70 next day, he sent a mechanic with a little van; this person doesn't even have a car scanner diagnostic tool the car was having problem and do no start, he started to try many things and he finished putting down the gas tank and replaced the gas pump but the car still w/o start; then the guy took 2 or 3 hours i can't remember to get a fuse and the end the motor started 2 days after that the check engine light come out to the panel, I bought a car scanner diagnostic tool and find put it was P0451, so simple. so, by been lazy i never bring my car to his mechanic (CAMANO SERVICES ) in New point Road, Elizabet, now i'm dropping my car on CAMANO and I will let you know what really happen with my wife car. But i recommended never, never, never bring a car to this guy or company. My old mechanic (a German car specialist in North Bergen) was expensive and could never solve the issues. I called ECP Auto Service and arranged to leave the car overnight. I dropped off the car around 4pm and the place was packed! Despite my car failing almost every diagnostic test, the car was ready around noon the next day. They replaced the brake light switch, reset the tire pressure monitoring system and fixed the rear motion sensors. Frank, the service manager, was very professional and knowledgeable, and drove the car around himself to make sure the car ran properly. Total bill: $126. Now I know why this place is packed. He even ran around the day prior to me meeting him to make sure the cars title was up to date. I had to drive about an hour away to get to him, but it was absolutely worth it. Nick left the car on the lift specifically so I could take a look under the car and he gladly popped the hood. He was very courteous and understanding. He disclosed anything and everything - I didn't have to question his honesty at all. He is very upfront. He allowed for me to take a test drive around the area and during the test drive he explained all of the details of the car - he also disclosed all of the improvements he had done to the car in the last month to get it ready to be sold. He provided a list as well and documentation as proof. I accepted the offer and Nick was patient enough to wait for me to go and grab a check from the bank. When I came back we had a brief talk about how to transfer the car, get a new registration and plates. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car.
