Seems very shady and bad business practices. As you can see by the owners reply below, he is now covering for his nasty attitude and lack of communication. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but that doesn't make up for the fact that the "Customer is King" - the "I'm doing you a favor and take my price or leave it attitude" and defensive nature against the pricing discussion is not a good way to run any service business. I certainly will not come back, as suggested by the owner below. As he said on the phone with me, he's too busy and has enough business already.
