He said no worries it's an easy fix the latch behind the ac may have just cracked. It's common he said. I told him that I would bring it the following week and he said no problem. I brought it in the next week and another gentleman was at the counter. I don't know how but I knew he would try to haggle me. Which he absolutely did. I told him to just take the car out the shop since I realized I would never stop coming back. Never again!
