From start to finish- a five star experience!…read more I took my car here for brake rotors/pads all around and a brake flush. Communication beforehand was prompt and thorough. Pricing offered was highly competitive and after seeing other customer's reviews and pictures- it was clear that Otis was a consummate professional. I especially liked seeing that he provided proactive picture/video updates on the work being performed. When I arrived at the shop I met another very friendly customer/friend of Otis. We had a great chat about all things Lexus and admired each other's cars (his car was way nicer to look at!) This is the experience you want at a shop - a great sense of community and opportunity to network. The customer's son arrived shortly after and the convos continued. Otis did a preliminary quick inspection and began the work while I strolled off to get a bite to eat. He kept me posted and noted one anomaly (out of anyone's control-it is a 20 yr old car that I bought last year- who knows what it has seen!) Still, he went out of his way to offer solutions and help get me squared away. The work was meticulously completed really quickly and he was extra patient to walk through things and answer all my questions about future work/maintenance. It is easy to tell he made a business out of a passion and holds himself to high standards with his work and customer service. Will definitely be back!

Walter recommended some spark plug wires and brakes (normal maintenance). Four years later and all is great with this 13 year old car! You will wish you been to Walter's years ago.

Eddie helped us think through clearly what we were looking for in a new vehicle, he then presented some options, gave us test drives, and finally worked with us to select what was a perfect fit for us, a 2026 Lexus NX 350h Premium AWD SUV (love the Caviar exterior). During price negotiations, some sales guy from the dealership stepped in, but sensing that things were going downhill, General Manager Michael Tedesco jumped in, and worked with us to find common ground. Many thanks, Michael Tedesco! Thanks also to Madison Miranda from Finance. We cannot say enough about Eddie, a thorough gentleman who has amazing family values, he made the entire experience extremely memorable for us. Eddie's professional expertise, coupled with his commendable personal touch will always be cherished by us. Once we took possession of the SUV, Eddie patiently walked us through the key features and even helped customize some of them. We have plans for another new vehicle in the coming couple of years, and most certainly will circle back with Lexus of Bridgewater, Eddie and Michael Tedesco! The vehicle: 2026 Lexus GX 550 Premium+ MSRP breakdown: - Base price: $70,750 - Packages & options: $4,891 - Delivery: $1,450 - Total MSRP: $77,091 Everything was aligned. Deal was essentially done. Then the General Manager steps in. Adds $2,500 over MSRP at the last second. And tries to justify it by saying: "You're getting a $1,000 Military Discount from Lexus." Let's call this what it is: You're not giving a discount... you're taking one away. You're marking the vehicle up above MSRP and then pretending a manufacturer incentive makes it okay--especially to a veteran who spent 8 months building this deal the right way. This isn't just bad business. This is exactly what's broken in today's car buying experience: - No transparency - No integrity in honoring deals - Sales relationships overridden by management greed - And complete disrespect for loyal customers and veterans Eight months of time, communication, and trust--wiped out in one move. Lexus of Bridgewater and its General Manager made their position clear: Profit over people. Every time. If this is how they treat a serious, ready buyer after months of engagement--imagine what happens to everyone else walking in. My new go-to place for BMW repairs!!…read more So, I begin having trouble with my car (struts, suspension and smoking underneath the hood). Last year I went to the BMW dealer (for something completely different) who told me I needed specific work done that would cost me $7k. Fast forward a year later, I let the dealer know what I was now experiencing and without taking a look at it, the consultant advised I should really get the work done that they advised me to get last year (this would not include the suspension or struts). So I begin to look at other options for payment including Klarna- which the dealer did not have. This brings me to Bimmerhub. I was getting down to the wire of needing to get the work done so I called Bimmerhub (after reading the reviews of course) to ask if I could bring my car in on short notice. Not only did they take my car in, I was able to get the actual issues that I was experiencing- fixed for a much lower cost. On top of that, I thought they would be keeping my car for no less then a week- but they were able to it back to me within a few days. I spoke with Mike at the front desk who was super pleasant to work with. More importantly, my car now runs smoothly. Hands down- great customer service and an even better alternative to going to the dealer. They have officially earned a new customer!!
