Sal is an honest mechanic and really skilled. My husband and I needed a pre-inspection for a used car, and he went out of his way to stay late for us (we were coming from another state), and inspect the car with a full diagnostic test. He drove it, tested it, inspected it, and gave us a wealth of knowledge that saved us time and money. Can't wait to give him our business again soon! Thanks Sal Michael and Ramy read more

Well all I have to say is that we agree to disagree about the situation. I will say though that when I went back to get my refund for the work they performed they were very polite , and I believe we saw both sides of the story. I do appreciate that they were offering to refund my money read more

Beyond good. These are highly competent technicians that like people and know how to talk to them. I was treated as a respected friend, and, to all evidence, that is the attitude they have with everyone: customers, suppliers, anyone they deal with. Imagine that in the 21st century! It took Sal just minutes to diagnose a collision-related steering issue that had stumped other mechanics (including those at the dealer). He worked with the insurance adjuster to get new OEM parts promptly. The installation was done as promised, the car properly road-tested, and delivered spotless. All dealings with the group were not just friction-free, but pleasant. read more

IMG is run by the type of guys you want looking after your car. They give you the information you need to know, and a professional opinion of what you should or shouldn't do. They don't push you into expensive repairs if you don't need them, and tell it to you cut and dry. If you're looking for a good repair shop with guys you could have a conversation with. They get the job done, period. I don't take my car anywhere else.

IMG performs top quality work at a fair price, giving you an honest assessment of your vehicle. I've been taking my cars to IMG for 20+ years, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My first experience with IMG was when one of my cars had a problem that I bought back to the dealer 3 times, and they couldn't figure it out. I called IMG and explained the problem over the phone to Sal, who said he thought he knew what the problem was based on how I described it. I brought the car to IMG, where they fixed it while I was there (and have never taken my cars back to the dealer for service). Also, I've had (and currently have) many cars that exceed 200k miles, and its all attributed to the high quality maintenance performed at IMG. If you're looking for repairs or routine maintenance, IMG is the place to go ! read more

I stopped into International Motor Group on my way to work due to unexpected car troubles. Needless to say, the professionals at IMG resolved my matter quickly and got me back on the road. I cannot say enough great things about IMG, but I strongly recommend IMG to anyone who needs their car serviced. read more

Honest mechanics and very fair pricing. They care about your car and you leave with confidence that your car has been properly maintained.

I'm that type of person who has been scammed so many times by auto shops and mechanics that when my car broke down I didn't know where to go. A friend from work recommended This place and asked me to talk to Joe, at first I was very scared because I didn't know them, Joe not only went above and beyond to fix my car but he showed me what was wrong and the parts. He was so honest I couldn't believe it. One of the doctors I work with told me about him been such an honest person that once I saw it I believed it. He's not one of the cheapest because he'll make sure your parts will last and he'll guarantee his work but I can assure that he won't charge what the BMW dealer will and you'll get a better and honest job. The funny thing is that every time I go there and talk to customers they tell me how they got "screwed" at another places and Joe and Sal gave them a real diagnosis. I'm very hard to please I know, so for me to write a review like this you bet I'm happy with their work read more

Great service and they understand the new technology in the cars. They have been doing this for years and their experience pays off. I am amazed that their cost is as low as they are because they could easily charge alot more. No one can solve what they solve. If you value your car and want real solutions without being over-charged this is your place. read more
