Searching for a qualified mechanic to work on my 2014 Mercedes AMG has been a short road thanks to this shop. I wanted to do some custom work to my car (aftermarket suspension, valvetronic exhaust) as well as regular services. John (the owner) and his team has proven to be exceptionally qualified with working on my Mercedes. The valvetronic exhaust installation is not simple because of the added wiring complexity on top of the bolt ons. I was very pleased with their knowledge of these cars. I especially appreciate the care and detail of customizing the locations for foreign parts from the exhaust. I have sat in his shop for hours while waiting for my car and seeing customer after customer walk in and out. I am older, a grandfather, and in all my years I have never had to deal with a place like this. I would avoid this place. I brought a car in, they advised it needed a new fuel injector. After installing the fuel injector they advised there was problems with the piston or rings. I trued to talk to them to find out if they installed the fuel injector wrong and caused the damage but they don't take calls. Their voicemail says to text them. So you text, but they either don't respond or just give a limited self serving response. I went there to pick up the car to take it to another mechanic and they refused to advise if the car is safe to operate, refuse to discuss the work they did or their misdiagnosis. They advised they will not release the car without full payment, When I tried to pay them via a check, they advised they do not accept checks but no where do they stare such prior to pick up. They want cash, Zelle or a credit card and if you use a credit card you have to pay a 3 percent fee. Then they require you to sign their self serving summary after payment or they "Will void out the payment" and refuse to give you the keys. I wrote on their document "disputed" and that I reserved the right to sue them. They refused to accept what I wrote - I had to get the local police involved just to get the car back that I fully paid them for. ---// it was such a crazy experience I told them I was going to record it on my phone and they said the they will not talk at all. They Misdiagnosed my car. NO COMMUNICATION. Never accepting a phone call. Never returning a phone call. The owner hides behind a computer and an email address. They gave me a difficult time picking up the car after I paid in full. The police were called to get my car back. Horror! I would never recommend this repair shop. read more

These guys are fantastic. I was in north Jersey on business and my Audi started giving a warning that the brake pad wear limit had been reached. Found Euro Autoworks here on yelp and spoke to William on the phone. He said to drop by and they'd make sure it wasn't serious, then would schedule an appointment to replace them for me during the week. I stopped by and Vitali checked the brakes and saw they were fine and wanted to check the sensor. He pulled it into the garage onto the lift, found that is indeed what it was, replaced it for me, and all was perfect. I was there maybe 15 minutes. I may be moving back to NJ in the near future and I'll definitely come back here to get any work done on my Audi. I was in a bad situation with my car .the engine was making terrible noise. I asked the receptionist to get a mechanic to look at it for a second to make sure I can still drive it until it is fixed. How ever she pretended to be a mechanic and told me that the car has to be left there for two days, I explained to her that I don't have another car and I need to go to a meeting right away. She became abusive aggressive and loud and yelled at me to leave the premises and said she's calling the cops on me. I then went to Fairfield auto service near by. The owner who is a mechanic checked the car and even took it for a drive,, he assured me the car was drivable and I set up an appointment for the next week .what a difference read more

Dishonest repair shop. Took my car in to get Service B, they did additional work that I did not ask for. When I looked at the invoice, they tried to charge me $58 to change my cabin filter and $64 to change my wiper blades which I have done and could do myself. It is probably because I am young and female, and they don't think I know a thing about cars. Would not trust them. read more

I got an older E90 3 series BMW serviced by John. The car is a bit old and needed some attention in multiple places. For us, John agreed to work on labor and shop fees while we provided most of the parts. The car had an unusual brake problem. John was very helpful with the diagnostic process while working on other maintenance items. The repairs were done very well, and John gave us a very good price. I have seen some other shops doing a push for add-on services. Not at all so here. John was very informative about other maintenance items that I thought was needed. John indicated that some of those items can be done later, or not needed based on the car's current condition. The shop has flexible drop offs and quick turn-around for services. Came in to get my Audi checked out. The low engine oil service light had flickered on and my car was making noises occasionally when I braked. The guy looked over my car, assessed my brakes, and refilled my engine oil. It was a quick visit and I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. Our VW wasn't delivering power at high revs, and the check engine light was coming on. The dealer said that we needed to replace the turbo for $3000. That sounded fishy for a car with 30k miles, so I took it to John for a second opinion. He diagnosed and repaired it in less than five minutes: it was a loose air hose! The problem was solved for around $100. Needless to say, I'm never going back to the dealer. John's my mechanic from now on. read more
