Searching for a qualified mechanic to work on my 2014 Mercedes AMG has been a short road thanks to this shop. I wanted to do some custom work to my car (aftermarket suspension, valvetronic exhaust) as well as regular services. John (the owner) and his team has proven to be exceptionally qualified with working on my Mercedes. The valvetronic exhaust installation is not simple because of the added wiring complexity on top of the bolt ons. I was very pleased with their knowledge of these cars. I especially appreciate the care and detail of customizing the locations for foreign parts from the exhaust. I have sat in his shop for hours while waiting for my car and seeing customer after customer walk in and out. All types of cars from Audi's, BMW's, Etc. and nothing customers all walking away pleased. John has been pretty transparent on labor and his explanation to fix the problem. Don't hesitate using him... read more

They Misdiagnosed my car. NO COMMUNICATION. Never accepting a phone call. Never returning a phone call. The owner hides behind a computer and an email address. They gave me a difficult time picking up the car after I paid in full. The police were called to get my car back. Horror! I would never recommend this repair shop. read more

I am older, a grandfather, and in all my years I have never had to deal with a place like this. I would avoid this place. I brought a car in, they advised it needed a new fuel injector. After installing the fuel injector they advised there was problems with the piston or rings. I trued to talk to them to find out if they installed the fuel injector wrong and caused the damage but they don't take calls. Their voicemail says to text them. So you text, but they either don't respond or just give a limited self serving response. I went there to pick up the car to take it to another mechanic and they refused to advise if the car is safe to operate, refuse to discuss the work they did or their misdiagnosis. They advised they will not release the car without full payment, When I tried to pay them via a check, they advised they do not accept checks but no where do they stare such prior to pick up. They want cash, Zelle or a credit card and if you use a credit card you have to pay a 3 percent fee. Then they require you to sign their self serving summary after payment or they "Will void out the payment" and refuse to give you the keys. I wrote on their document "disputed" and that I reserved the right to sue them. They refused to accept what I wrote - I had to get the local police involved just to get the car back that I fully paid them for. ---// it was such a crazy experience I told them I was going to record it on my phone and they said the they will not talk at all. Avoid this place. read more

These guys are fantastic. I was in north Jersey on business and my Audi started giving a warning that the brake pad wear limit had been reached. Found Euro Autoworks here on yelp and spoke to William on the phone. He said to drop by and they'd make sure it wasn't serious, then would schedule an appointment to replace them for me during the week. I stopped by and Vitali checked the brakes and saw they were fine and wanted to check the sensor. He pulled it into the garage onto the lift, found that is indeed what it was, replaced it for me, and all was perfect. I was there maybe 15 minutes. I may be moving back to NJ in the near future and I'll definitely come back here to get any work done on my Audi. Great customer service, a true willingness and desire to help, very knowledgeable, and reasonable prices. Perfect! read more

I was in a bad situation with my car .the engine was making terrible noise. I asked the receptionist to get a mechanic to look at it for a second to make sure I can still drive it until it is fixed. How ever she pretended to be a mechanic and told me that the car has to be left there for two days, I explained to her that I don't have another car and I need to go to a meeting right away. She became abusive aggressive and loud and yelled at me to leave the premises and said she's calling the cops on me. I then went to Fairfield auto service near by. The owner who is a mechanic checked the car and even took it for a drive,, he assured me the car was drivable and I set up an appointment for the next week .what a difference read more

Solid work as usual by Dan. I've been doing some modifications to my Golf R for the track so I needed a competent shop and for the last several months I haven't been disappointed with any of the work done here. From front brake system and rotor upgrades, sway bar, routine maintenance, track day preparations and more. Dan is very knowledge and very easy to work with. I don't even go to the VW dealership for routine work anymore because I trust Dan has me covered! read more

I own an Audi A8 and Euro AutoWorks replaced both of the turbos (not a happy day for me). Chris, the owner, diagnosed the problem, called Audi dealerships and got repair estimates. He helped me so much and saved me thousands in repair costs. Their work is top of the line work, MOST IMPORTANTLY I TRUST THEM. He even kept the old parts to show me what had happened. I would highly recommend them for fixing your foreign cars. #germancars #porshe #audi #foreigncarrepair #volkswagen #euroauto read more

Dishonest repair shop. Took my car in to get Service B, they did additional work that I did not ask for. When I looked at the invoice, they tried to charge me $58 to change my cabin filter and $64 to change my wiper blades which I have done and could do myself. It is probably because I am young and female, and they don't think I know a thing about cars. Would not trust them. read more

I got an older E90 3 series BMW serviced by John. The car is a bit old and needed some attention in multiple places. For us, John agreed to work on labor and shop fees while we provided most of the parts. The car had an unusual brake problem. John was very helpful with the diagnostic process while working on other maintenance items. The repairs were done very well, and John gave us a very good price. I have seen some other shops doing a push for add-on services. Not at all so here. John was very informative about other maintenance items that I thought was needed. John indicated that some of those items can be done later, or not needed based on the car's current condition. The shop has flexible drop offs and quick turn-around for services. Highly recommend this place for European cars. read more

I love this shop! John is ethical, trustworthy, efficient and fair! He really goes above and beyond the call of what's expected. He has done a better job of fixing a weird problem with my Saab convertible that Saab had given up on! John fixed it! He's incredible! I am a fan and a life long customer. Thanks John - read more

This is the only repair shop i will ever go to (and I have come here for years) because they are trustworthy and do impeccable work. After numerous bad experiences in the past with incompetent and dishonest repair shops, it's such a relief to know that Euro Autoworks will take care of everything promptly and honestly! I highly recommend them. They are unquestionably the best. Be smart. Come here. read more

Finding a mechanic shop that does good work while being honest with customers is hard to find. In fact, I am sure that everyone has a bad story to tell about a situation where they got ripped off or something bad happened. Euro Autoworks exemplifies what a good mechanic shop should be like, great customer service, reasonable prices and excellent work. As a first time customer and with limited experience owning a Mercedes, John patiently answered all of my questions. He essentially made me realize that Mercedes maintenance and repair costs don't need to be that expensive (relative to dealer prices). John and his team provide exceptional customer service and there is a reason why this place consistently gets five star reviews. I highly recommend Euro Autoworks! read more

Euro Autoworks was recommended to me by a friend when I needed serious (turbocharger) service on my Audi. This is the BEST auto service in a million miles! Twice, John and his crew gave me very clear diagnostic repair criteria, and worked on my automobile saving me $$$$$ of what the dealer was going to charge. Thank you Euro! - AP read more

John and his team are incredible. John advised after I had an error code on my Audi and the dealer failed to mention it was covered under the recall. John provided me the information after a call and the dealer fixed it at no cost. Going forward I bring my car to John's shop as their service is so comprehensive and don't ask additional fees to diagnose or verify any issues on the car system. Beyond that it's amazing when you can find local mechanics who take pride in their service and work to go the extra mile while providing the most cost effective options. Instead of saying to go and repair something thy can advise when it actually needs to be repaired and consider using parts purchases or aftermarket. Overall A +++ read more

John and his team are excellent. I've been taking my 2009 Audi A5 to different dealers for years. I've had some recent breakdowns in trust with the dealer ( oil change mess up and check injection light issue), and decided to try Euro Autoworks . Not only are John and his crew friendly and down to earth, they are honest and very competent. They helped me solve these issues both thoroughly and in cost conscious manner. I'm exclusively going to utilize their services going forward. read more

I have been dealing with John Tsividakis of Euro Autoworks for the last three years. I compare it to going to your doctor that you have had for years and trust explecitly. John is my car doctor for my 2011 E350 Mercedes and 2006 LR3 Landrover. I never have to question his dignosis, he's always correct and his prices are always in line. Most important when he works on my vehicles the result is always beyond excellent. I highly recommend dealing with John and company at Euro Autoworks. It will be a great experience, you will definitely feel that you received great value for your dollar. read more

Helpful , fast, efficient, straightforward, and honest. Would return again if I lived in the area.

Came in to get my Audi checked out. The low engine oil service light had flickered on and my car was making noises occasionally when I braked. The guy looked over my car, assessed my brakes, and refilled my engine oil. It was a quick visit and I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. I felt reassured and satisfied driving away and it was a great deal. Just a very positive experience overall and I'll be back in the future. read more

Our VW wasn't delivering power at high revs, and the check engine light was coming on. The dealer said that we needed to replace the turbo for $3000. That sounded fishy for a car with 30k miles, so I took it to John for a second opinion. He diagnosed and repaired it in less than five minutes: it was a loose air hose! The problem was solved for around $100. Needless to say, I'm never going back to the dealer. John's my mechanic from now on. read more

Got an update. A friend of mine has an older E90 BMW. It needed a number of maintenance items including shock replacement, oil leak problems, and an unusual sticking brake problem. I recommended this shop to my friend. John was very helpful in guiding us through the fixing process. The car had multiple points of oil leaks. He expertly advised us in determining the priority sequence of these repairs. He also advised against doing some unnecessary fixes or maintenance items that still have significant usable life. This saved us quite a lot of money. As others have indicated before, your car will be in excellent hands here. read more
