Hello I went to this jiffy lube location 56 and had an issue. Long story short they kicked me out due to a so called leak and a so called grease on my belt. This was very embarrassing and I asked if he could just change the oil and he said because it was 6pm (late in the day) he don't want to take the chance. I can try to understand his position but the way he did it was very unprofessional and I will not go back to this location on rt 46 ever again. I just had an oil change and engine flush today and it was a way better and inexpensive experience compared to the frustration and disappointment of my visit to your establishment. In the very beginning the gentleman with the very long beard accepted my car and drove it into the bay asked me to wait inside and I sat down not saying one word. There was 3 people in the waiting area including myself , 2 women and me . Instead of speaking as a professional he spoke in a loud tone and said " I don't know you better go to a mechanic because i am not touching this. I have knowledge of cars and I asked "can you just change the oil"? He said "no" In Kearny auto spa they acknowledged me properly and professionally such a big difference from a small shop compared to a huge well know chain like Jiffy Lube. This won't affect you at all but I just wanted let you know what's going on in your place of business because as a business owner I would appreciate the same courtesy. I understand working late because I work late everyday but there is no excuse to be unprofessional , I was just there for an oil change even though it's not a big job you made my Audi q7 feel like it was junk and made it look like I stole it . The expression on the other customers faces was embarrassing and you should treat every customer with the same respect that you would for someone who is spending a lot of money. Delivery is everything he may have been correct in his assessment but the way he delivered his input was very rude and wrong. I will take my business elsewhere no hard feelings it only business.i will stick to the smaller companies they value their customers and a re way more reasonable with their price. I got an oil change, engine flush , fluid check , tire rotation and free car wash for almost the same price I would've spent for an oil change at Jiffy lube. They charged me $170 for all of that and you charged me $156. Thank you and have a great day read more

his is for Jerky Lube Pine Brook NJ, and RR (you know who you are). Not a man of his word. Summer of 2024 I bought my car to JL for a oil change ($85). Strangely, 3 weeks later I went back because my oil light was lit. The manager explained, 'these cars burn through oil ...' and I was ? They topped off the oil. Repeated again 3 weeks later, then my car broke down and I had to have it inconveniently towed to Taylor Auto body, who couldn't look at my car bc oil was pouring out of it. They said you need to take to dealer. Now I have my car towed a second time, to dealership ($100). Dealership inspects my car (see video below) and explains whoever performed your last oil change did not close the oil cover completely, so air is getting into your engine, , completely leaking out oil, and caused your car to break down. New oil cover ($100), service ($250), oil change ($150) with clean up. Total $685 for all. I reached out to mgr. who said he'd expedite my complaint to RR. Trying to spare details here; no one responded - only dodged my calls until I posted this review. Within 1 day I got a call from RR who said he would compensate me (if I deleted review), and agreed one oil change would not suffice for my time, costs $ and aggravation. RR wrote 1 letter for 1 oil change and the others I would need to contact him directly. I contacted him for a second oil change, he then dodged me again until I pressed. Finally he said tough luck, I'm not going to give you another oil change. This store is not honesty one, An oils change cost me 120$ in an rainy morning and the coupon I found coupon from Jiffy Lube later showing 50$ on synthetic old, double charged, they checked other items of service just make a number, hard to tell I will be there again. read more

Back in April of 2022, we dropped off a fleet car for just an oil change. When we got the car back, we were charged for wipers, air filter, cabin filter and a tire rotation. When inspecting the car, we discovered that none of those items were actually done. Pictures below for what were supposed to be 'NEW' parts. I spoke with Richard R******* (the district manager). He apologized and said it would never happen again. He then credited our invoice, in full. Fast forward to 12/27/2022. The same issue. We received the invoice and none of the work invoiced for was done. In addition, we started getting an error code the next day. We almost brought the car to a mechanic to have it diagnosed when we decided to take a quick look under the hood. See pictures below of what we found. If you don't mind being ripped off by incompetent mechanics and a company that commits fraud, by all means, go to Jiffy Lube #450 in Pinebrook, owned by Mr. Jay R*********. They did a great job, and fast, very nice people. But $113.00 for an oil change, after coupons? Way too much. Last year it was $90. I went there because I didn't have time to go to the dealer, which is my usual, and only $80. They are charging almost $35 more than the dealer. I won't go back at those prices. read more

Wow wow wow!! Hands down the best experience I've ever had in any auto-related shop. The entire team is very customer-oriented, friendly, and efficient. The manager, Joe Evans, is no exception--he even personally escorts you to the waiting room! The waiting room was clean and has a bathroom and about 6 seats. Service is first come, first serve and very quick! We came in for an oil change (also found a coupon on their website) and we were in and out in 25 minutes. A little on the pricey side with the oil we ended up choosing, but Mike, who helped us, was honest about the options and prices. And I wouldn't go anywhere else with the amazing customer service here!! Who thought a trip to Jiffy Lube would be the highlight of my day? And on a side note, there's a nice McDonalds right next to this Jiffy Lube, so if you end up waiting longer, it's a good option! read more

I will never take my car anywhere else again! When I called up they told me it would be a 5 to 10 minutes. I thought that was the wait outside to get in. No it was about 10 minutes in and out finished. Not only were they super friendly and courteous, they were very knowledgeable. Place was very clean and organized, incl indoor waiting room. I wasn't sure if I needed my tires rotated or not so I asked them to check. They did, it wasn't needed, they were very honest which I appreciate. So I only needed an oil change and along with that they also vacuumed my car floors and cleaned the exterior windows. The service definitely goes above and beyond. Highly recommend you give them a try. Once you do you wanna go anywhere else. read more

Everyone is super customer-oriented. Prices are reasonable (search for coupons online before you go), and you can get in and out quickly. I appreciate that they always tell me what Lexus recommends for my car at specific mileages, but never push me to do work I wasn't planning on. read more

I took my car for an oil change and I was told that the car needed a few other services which I was well aware of. Ron said he would help me by giving me a great deal on the services and I would be out of there in one hour. He had two guys work of my car and for sure my car was ready to go within the hour. I recommend these guys highly! I'm glad my 2006 Acura can still keep going! read more

This was my go to oil change place since moving to nj and I thought they had my best interests at heart when they told me about the synthetic blend oil change that I could get to save money on my Honda. Fast forward to the last time I went and I got my usual with some coupon as I always do and they mentioned what needs attention which I always appreciate but end up going to my regular mechanic to get done. As I was checking out they mentioned my cabin and engine filters being replaced as I was told at the last visit to do. I was like "yeah I got them at Walmart and changed them". He then stated that they replaced them and I was like, no i have the Walmart receipts dude. Gave me a bad taste in my mouth at that moment. Then I was with my boyfriend while he got his oil changed at a local to him place and I was curious what their rate was for my car. They then told me I should be getting synthetic only oil in my car. So hoping I didn't do any permanent damage to my car and wanting an honest oil change, I will be looking into other options. Lost a loyal customer, sorry. read more

Jiffy Lube rep said to leave key fob in his car he proceeds to the waiting room. He's wondering what was taking so long and inquired about it. Rep said.. which is your car? No where to be found... Today I went to jiffy lube on us 46 in pine brook nj with my van for a simple oil change. With the oil change they list several other things that they do. Top off the fluids, check this and that etc.. One of the things they list was lubricate chassis 11 fittings. I left them and at my next stop decided to check under my van to see if in fact they did grease the fittings. Well no they did not, not even one of 11 that were suppose to be done. I've taken my van there several times before and I do remember that years ago they did not grease those fittings and I told them about it then. I went back and the manager did look at the video of the work and saw that the fittings were Not done. This makes me wonder what else they don't do and charge customers for. I will never be going back there and just want to make others aware and make sure you check what they are suppose to do. read more

In the past, the guys always used to "pressure" the customer into upgraded choices, such as synthetic oils or special wipers (if there were any options for them). Now, they only politely suggest and are understanding of you decline. I would keep going back until such time as this changes. read more

I've been going to this location for over 10 years with 5 cars that my family owns. I literally spend thousands a year on car care including tires, brakes, oil changes, etc and the people working there can care less. I'm treated like just one more problem they need to get out of there way as soon as possible. Last year I would have given 5 stars. This place has gone down hill with the new crew. read more

Came in for an oil change and it was impeccable at first, when I got home I realized I let them lube something up of value to me, and that sat with me "why would I want another man to lube my possessions" then I realized it was just a car and another man has the right to put his hands on my rear bumper to pull the oil plug and let the sweet juices of heavenly horsepower goodness flow as he gets some on his manly hands and takes a sniff "is this excess fuel in the oil" he thinks to himself "it's okay we're here to take care of him anyway" he thinks again! Pretty amazing service. No appointment, no wait. They got my oil changed for a great price and in under 20 minutes and I was on my way. And if you have a lowered car, their service is friendly to slammed cars. As long as you have a couple inches of ground clearance, you will fit. No jack required. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube just for an oil change. When they were working on my car they noticed I had a tiny chip in my windshield. They repaired it instantly and I didn't have to pay for anything! As long as you don't have auto insurance with State Farm they can go through your insurance and they'll fill the tiny chip so it doesn't get worse. They were great and they even vacuumed my car!! I'll only ever go back to Jiffy Lube and to this location. Also, I was only there for maybe 45 minutes this trip and it was a pretty busy Saturday morning. read more
