This is feedback for Ford Corp. Ford has made a mistake twice by discontinuing production of the Taurus, and their drop in sales is indicative of customer disappointment. The first time they stopped production of the Taurus, they replaced it with The Ford Five Hundred, which lasted only a few years, and they wisely brought back the Taurus. Now Ford went all in on EVs and no longer has a standard sedan. I will need to replace my current Taurus, which has 100,000 miles, and I am struggling with how to replace it with a new non-EV Ford sedan. I may have to settle for a hybrid SUV, which does not make me happy. I've been advised by friends to get a different brand of car, but I will not go to another dealer. I've explained why I will not do that, but at this point, it's a choice of which car is the least objectionable for me. Ford needs to listen to its customers.

Carl, the sales manager, is alway out front and accessible, not like other dealerships where you never see the mysterious "sales manager" the salesperson always has to clear things with. If the dealership wasn't great I would not have purchased five cars there. The entire process is low key and low pressure. From selecting a car, to the test drive, to approving the deal and sitting with finance, it is as pleasurable as a car buying can be.

They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.

At that point, LC was going to charge storage fees of $250/day if they did not do the work. I had to pay several thousand dollars to cover the insurance short fall to get my repaired car back. So, if your insurance company is unlikely to meet the LC estimate, take your car out of the shop (and pay the LC diagnosis cost) until you're sure your insurance company will cover the bill, or go to another body shop.

Hello I went to this…read morejiffy lube location 56 and had an issue. Long story short they kicked me out due to a so called leak and a so called grease on my belt. This was very embarrassing and I asked if he could just change the oil and he said because it was 6pm (late in the day) he don't want to take the chance. I can try to understand his position but the way he did it was very unprofessional and I will not go back to this location on rt 46 ever again. I just had an oil change and engine flush today and it was a way better and inexpensive experience compared to the frustration and disappointment of my visit to your establishment. In the very beginning the gentleman with the very long beard accepted my car and drove it into the bay asked me to wait inside and I sat down not saying one word. There was 3 people in the waiting area including myself , 2 women and me . Instead of speaking as a professional he spoke in a loud tone and said " I don't know you better go to a mechanic because i am not touching this. I have knowledge of cars and I asked "can you just change the oil"? He said "no" In Kearny auto spa they acknowledged me properly and professionally such a big difference from a small shop compared to a huge well know chain like Jiffy Lube. This won't affect you at all but I just wanted let you know what's going on in your place of business because as a business owner I would appreciate the same courtesy. I understand working late because I work late everyday but there is no excuse to be unprofessional , I was just there for an oil change even though it's not a big job you made my Audi q7 feel like it was junk and made it look like I stole it . The expression on the other customers faces was embarrassing and you should treat every customer with the same respect that you would for someone who is spending a lot of money. Delivery is everything he may have been correct in his assessment but the way he delivered his input was very rude and wrong. I got an oil change, engine flush , fluid check , tire rotation and free car wash for almost the same price I would've spent for an oil change at Jiffy lube.
