    Returned today for the third time for the same leaky tire purchased at this location a few months ago. I returned today because on Saturday I was told that they were too busy and it's best to come by on Monday as it will be much faster. When I came in I was told it would be 2 1/2 hours and the waiting room was very dirty. I called another Mavis in Morris County and was seen within 20 minutes and had a very pleasing interaction. I will not return to this location even though it is only about a mile from my house. I'll happily travel the extra distance for the far superior service.

    Would u buy a brand new tires at a $1000 a set that look like this?

    I see the great comments about this facility and it's manager Sheldon, and I'm compelled to add some balance to its reviews. I brought my car here to have 4 tires installed. All 4 tires installed were visually unacceptable (covered in with a white stain) I asked why they didn't clean my $1000 worth of tires. The reply was "the manager really tried, but had no luck". Long story short, I refused the tires. Called the corporate office. The corporate office response "If the tires PERFORM as expected, then you must PAY for any changes due to cosmetic concerns". (Pay for Re mounting/balancing a new set, pay cost difference if any, plus any additional fees/cost) Without going into specifics, I was fortunate that the facility had another set of the exact same tire available. Sheldon (mgr) agreed to install the other set at no charge. That decision is to the credit of Sheldon. The corporate response was the absolute worse example of customer service possible. It's for that reason I highly recommend shoppers seriously consider if this is the type of company with whom you would want to do business. Note to Sheldon: When you have a dissatisfied customer in your facility, take charge and address him/her directly. Don't use your employees to shield you from dealing with the unpleasant situation. Secondly, address the customer directly so they know you are interested in a resolution. You never said a word to me until I confronted you directly, and not again afterwards. I'm not so convinced you were interested in my satisfaction as you were with me leaving. So I won't be a returning customer. This is because I don't think you or your corporate office really care about customer satisfaction as you are about tire sales. Side note : I gave two stars because the sales associate seemed sincerely interested in making it better. And I do appreciate that Sheldon agreed to replace the set at no charge, when the corporate office was actually arguing I should pay more. The BEST customer service would have included a decision not to install the tires at all before I came to pick them up, or an apology, maybe an IMMEDIATE attempt at resolution, an offer of discount /credit for the inconvenience of having to return to get my car again. Additional note: I've reduced them back to 1 star because after having the tires for a couple of weeks I now see that they had just "shined" one the original defective tires and put it back on car anyway. I'm done with this place. Good luck to anyone who tries them. I certainly will never again.

    Nice service they did extra work on my car to fix the issue and that helped a lot. There prices are reasonable and fine too.

    Hello I went to this…read morejiffy lube location 56 and had an issue. Long story short they kicked me out due to a so called leak and a so called grease on my belt. This was very embarrassing and I asked if he could just change the oil and he said because it was 6pm (late in the day) he don't want to take the chance. I can try to understand his position but the way he did it was very unprofessional and I will not go back to this location on rt 46 ever again. I just had an oil change and engine flush today and it was a way better and inexpensive experience compared to the frustration and disappointment of my visit to your establishment. In the very beginning the gentleman with the very long beard accepted my car and drove it into the bay asked me to wait inside and I sat down not saying one word. There was 3 people in the waiting area including myself , 2 women and me . Instead of speaking as a professional he spoke in a loud tone and said " I don't know you better go to a mechanic because i am not touching this. I have knowledge of cars and I asked "can you just change the oil"? He said "no" In Kearny auto spa they acknowledged me properly and professionally such a big difference from a small shop compared to a huge well know chain like Jiffy Lube. This won't affect you at all but I just wanted let you know what's going on in your place of business because as a business owner I would appreciate the same courtesy. I understand working late because I work late everyday but there is no excuse to be unprofessional , I was just there for an oil change even though it's not a big job you made my Audi q7 feel like it was junk and made it look like I stole it . The expression on the other customers faces was embarrassing and you should treat every customer with the same respect that you would for someone who is spending a lot of money. Delivery is everything he may have been correct in his assessment but the way he delivered his input was very rude and wrong. I will take my business elsewhere no hard feelings it only business.i will stick to the smaller companies they value their customers and a re way more reasonable with their price. I got an oil change, engine flush , fluid check , tire rotation and free car wash for almost the same price I would've spent for an oil change at Jiffy lube. They charged me $170 for all of that and you charged me $156. Thank you and have a great day
