The last couple of times I've been here, I've been unhappy with the team's wiping down post car wash. A spot here or there, but it wasn't the end of the world. I just came back to my house now, and it doesn't smell like a single cleaning product was used in the car (mind you I work from home and barely use my car so it's not like it's a horrendously messy car). This was very embarrassing and I asked if he could just change the oil and he said because it was 6pm (late in the day) he don't want to take the chance. We were very concerned, so we called around to see if our trusted mechanic--or any local mechanic--could look at the car. No one could fit us in right away, and since Jiffy Lube is open on weekends, we scheduled an appointment there and had the front brakes replaced. Luckily, we only did the front. When our mechanic finally inspected the car, they confirmed the rear brakes were in good condition, so it's very likely the front were fine too. The replacement was unnecessary. This was fraud. They performed and charged for work that didn't need to be done. If you care about honesty and safety, avoid this location and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs.
