My Wife car was at parking lot at aviation plaza and for ignorant trying to get a fast fix i contact this person, right away he charge me 150.00 and 609.70 next day, he sent a mechanic with a little van; this person doesn't even have a car scanner diagnostic tool the car was having problem and do no start, he started to try many things and he finished putting down the gas tank and replaced the gas pump but the car still w/o start; then the guy took 2 or 3 hours i can't remember to get a fuse and the end the motor started 2 days after that the check engine light come out to the panel, I bought a car scanner diagnostic tool and find put it was P0451, so simple. so, by been lazy i never bring my car to his mechanic (CAMANO SERVICES ) in New point Road, Elizabet, now i'm dropping my car on CAMANO and I will let you know what really happen with my wife car. But i recommended never, never, never bring a car to this guy or company. One more thing I know my English is regular to bad but the mechanic that he sent doesn't speak English at all and I barely understand the guy because he speak portuguese and the Spanish (language that i speak is so close to the portuguese language).

I think my last time in was Spring 2020, and things were chaos in northern NJ around then... I'm pretty sure my first stop at the shop was for some silly repair and I opted to just wait in their seating area for a couple hours. My first time there I saw something that made me really appreciate how this shop operates. A lady had an issue with her car and the folks called around a bunch of scrapyards/used parts options, finding the cheapest parts in like Long Island or something, and could have gotten it there in time to repair same day. She couldn't afford it, and they pitched a financing option. They straight up refused to just replace the tire because a damaged rim would just tear it apart and whatever the underlying mechanical issue it had was unsafe to be on the road. A sketchy place might be fine with making a sale, but seeing how hard they tried to get her safely back on the road made me trust I wouldn't be upsold or lied to. Elsy does a lot of fleet maintenance, so their parking and lifts often have vans in them. They're also a "tire shop" but don't let that dissuade you if you need more than new tires and brakes. I've had them do all sorts of non-tire repairs and maintenance on my abused Honda - engine mounts, A/C leak, wheel bearing, oil changes... If you decide to wait for your car there, they have a coffee maker, a TV, and wifi. If you need to get to the train station down the road, they'll either call an uber or drop you off so you can get wherever you need to be. It's not as fancy as getting your work done at a dealership, but they offer basically the same perks. The Yelp tag is also very correct in this being a family operation - Jose and his son Chris were so nice and knowledgeable, and really make you feel like family. I hope the old man is enjoying his time with his granddaughter more than hanging out in the shop! Millie at the front desk is absolutely delightful and a total rockstar with all the office tasks she has to juggle. I wish every mechanic was as reliable and honest as the folks here.

Working with his specialized mechanics team, in order for them to operate like a well oiled machine. Start visually investigating what the problem could be on whatever car came through the service station. I made an appointment for my service on their website and highly recommend you do as well as opposed to walk-in service as they are very busy and then calling them to confirm that for your requested service that you can wait rather than drop off (BUT that depends on where you live and of course what you need done, I'm in NYC so I can't drop it off and leave and comeback when done, I need to wait; if I needed time consuming work / parts like the lower block changed on my J35Y6 engine due to the connecting rod recall, I'd need to leave it there and come back when done days later of course, but for fluid changes like oil/atf/differential/transfer case/break/coolant, I would wait.) For my service, they got to my vehicle quickly and the service was perfect and took the exact amount of time to do it right. I'll be coming back for service for both of my vehicles going forward.
