I'm there were 10 STARS I would give it to them! This team is fantastic, Hector the manager is professional and polite and runs a excellent operation! From the front (vacuum) to the end (dry)... the staff goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction! What really stands out is how patient the staff is! Some of the customers come in with a beat up disgustingly filthy car and expect a car wash to be a detail! And they become down right rude! Really burns my ass! But the staff is always professional and just let it roll of them the water off a ducks ass! Listen I'm OCD, if I love this wash and I am always satisfied then you will also! Just remember, treat others they you want to be treated!! Kudos to the entire team! I appreciate all of you! read more

Premier Millburn Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Millburn, New Jersey

Don't go here. Paid extra for platinum car wash and utterly disappointed. Car was completely wet when we left and when we asked for them to dry more they didn't give time of day. Complete waste of money! read more

Traverse there just to get a wash inside and out for $25. the outside was cleaned ok. But when they did the inside they didn't wipe down the door jambs or clean the rear cargo area windows. There was only one other car when I was there so they weren't rushed. read more

My experience here was great ! I got a car wash and also got the inside of my car cleaned. The price is right and they do an amazing job. The inside of my car is so clean. My car looks brand new from the inside out. Thank you to the manager, Frank was very helpful and did what I wanted . I will be coming here again read more

WTF. Brought my car in for a car wash and especially to have the mats cleaned after a trip to a plant nursery left soil on them. Waited outside for my car and they said it was ready. Took a look in my trunk and the mat was filthy. Obviously, it had not been touched. Nor had the car been cleaned properly. I have used them in the past and they have done an adequate job. Today, no one cared. No one checked anything. No one paid attention to their job. Keep in mind that I PAID EXTRA MONEY to have the mats washed. No apologies and I had to stand over them like a classroom monitor to make sure they did what they were paid to do. I would have liked to pull my $2 tip right out of their tip box. But I didn't However, I don't expect that kind of service in Millburn. I can go to Union for crappy work and pay a lot less. read more

I always have a good experience at Premier Car Wash. The team is nice, they work fast, and my car comes out super clean.

First of all, the car wash fees are only listed in one area and the poster is not clear as to what one can get at the various prices. Or how to tell the operator what service you really want to have done. Once my car wash was complete I inspected the car and found the trunk rug was not vacuum; the windows were wet on one side and the hood of my car still had some dirt that I was able to remove with a wet paper towel. This car wash use to be my favorite site but not anymore. Totally disappointed, especially for the price I had to pay. read more

I had never experienced great customer service before in a car wash like I received in this place. Frank was amazing and super attentive. The price is around other places but with a better attitude and attention. The people that works here knows what they're doing, definitely I will be back! Thank you guys! read more

About as good as a drive through wash in the area you'll find. It's important to understand a Wash isn't a detail-that said, it's a good idea to walk around the car to spot any spots they may have missed. They gladly spot clean and dry as needed. Ladies and seniors get discounts on Tues and Thurs, respectively. read more

Just got back from a getting the Platinum Exterior service and for & $23 plus $5 tip the wash was just ok and required me to have to wipe down all the dirty and still wet spots myself. The place was empty on Friday at 2:30pm and they could have spent a few minutes more to do a better job but seems like no one cares about doing a good job. So sad as I really wanted to like it and start coming regularly. Almost impossible to find a good car wash around here. read more

I've frequently been in this place for more than a decade, with the monthly unlimited plan. I stop by to have my car washed. Ashley's customer service is exceptional; her smile lights up the day. First time coming here. Felt like the quality of the wash was not in line with the price point.

Not sure who the whiners are ... voting Premier down to a Yelp 3 star. Hector and Dario gave my IS 250 top-notch service today. Got side swiped by a construction van who was driving like a Grand Theft Auto player in Summit a few months back. Was getting ridiculous quotes anywhere from $1K to $5K to fix from multiple body shops in the area. Hector and Dario resolved the bulk of the problem in two hours for less than a tenth of the mean quote. They also did great detail work given that the interior was ravaged by my seat kicking 4.5 year old toddler and littered up by my cheerio throwing 2.5 year old baby. Dirty Car in Clean Car Out ... Telling it like it is, plain and simple. Hit up Premier today and bump this Yelp to get the rating a bit closer to the truth. read more

There's no doubt this car wash does an incredible job [especially if you opt for the Platinum Package] on the exterior of your car But the Platinum Package which includes dressing the wheels, vacuuming the trunk and washing the vinyl floor mats isn't cheap. I got out of there for $28 not including tip; which I always do because they really work hard to get your car finished quickly. The only room I see for improvement is more detail top wiping down the interior. Door panels were missed completely, the passenger door panels missed completely, the rockerpanel missed. They hit they highlights, but for $28 + tip I shouldn't have to finish the detail. read more

Every time I get my car wash they do a really good job, the workers are very nice and friendly. Frank the manager is always very helpful and attentive. I'll definitely keep going back read more

My SUV has been through the dirtiest of roads and highways over the past few weeks and was filthier then its ever been. Premier Car Wash spent a ton of time cleaning the inside surfaces and rubber mats. They also made sure that all salt and dirt was washed off the outside before it ran through the wash. definitely will be back. highly recommend! read more

Don't come here on Mondays. The soap to wash the car are always low. I told the employees at the back and the cashier and their response were they still have enough soap to spray and wash the cars. But when I looked back it was only spraying a little. They need to refill it and not be lazy. I have 2 cars that I bring to this car wash. And I get the Platinum wash every time I go. All I ask is for a good quality service in return for the price that I am paying. read more

Premier Millburn Car Wash - Soap is low. Barely even there. - Car Wash Near Me - Millburn, New Jersey

Dan, your carwash is flawed. Read the reviews. Attention to detail on the interior is non-existent. Cupholders not vacuumed, footwells partially cleaned, windows partially cleaned, trim still wet so the droplets dry and leave stains. Wheels are never clean in the corners. Scratched paint from incomplete wash and pushing dirt into the paint during the drying process. If the price was $5 this would be understandable. Unfortunately it's close to $30. If you care about the quality of your service, fix it. If you don't, enjoy the paycheck. There's a sucker born every day. read more

They scratched my dads new car and then lied about it. He told the person in charge right after the wash and they said the car was scratched before. It was not scratched before. He kept his car meticulous and has not had it very long. Super disappointing- don't go there. read more

This place used to be good. The outside of the car is done pretty good but they don't clean the inside of the windows very well. And I'm paying for it and they do not clean the windows very well. I pay a lot I want my windows done. And they don't wipe down the seats. If I spilled a little coffee on the seat I'm paying $40 for the car wash inside out wipe the seat please. And each time I go I have to tell them what I need cleaned and it's still not clean correctly. read more

The most ineffecient car wash in New Jersey. I spent over 15 minutes wating for them to take out all the garbage from the back seat of 1 car. When they saw all the garbage, they could have been thoughtful enough to know others are waiting and have the car pulled off to the side to do the work and charge the owner extra for all the trash removal. read more

The service has gotten worse as the price goes up.... they refuse to vacuum the back seat in my coupe.. Also very poor wipedown of the interior .. 30 + dollar car wash and the scratches are free... read more

ATTN: business owner. If your car wash was $19.99 for a silver wash. why did I pay $30.90 for a silver wash and a stupid tree air freshener? don't act like your car wash is the "bomb" when it's really just trash. read more

This was the worst service experience I've had in a long time. I'm not want to complain, but I was just so letdown coming here. They have hazard vacuumed the interior, which I didn't say anything about, and then my car comes out soapy. I was told to go back in line to wait again. I think that was another 30 minutes and I had to pay for this and the man said just pay for the first wash. As if he was doing me a favor by not allowing me to pay for the second wash, which really was to rinse the soap off of the first wash. I'm never coming back here again. The car was barely dried off. They all came in with wet, dirty towels. I left with wetness on my car. I'm very disappointed. read more

I am appalled at the poor service provided today at Millburn Car Wash. I am in private practice near by and decided to get my car washed before going into the office. I spent $28 and will need to go to another car wash to obtain adequate service. After they returned by car, the inside was dirty and dusty, along with my car mats. If you want to waste your time and money, do not go to this establishment as their standards and performances has changed significantly. This is definitely poor and low quality.
