Traverse there just to get a wash inside and out for $25. the outside was cleaned ok. But when they did the inside they didn't wipe down the door jambs or clean the rear cargo area windows. There was only one other car when I was there so they weren't rushed. read more

WTF. Brought my car in for a car wash and especially to have the mats cleaned after a trip to a plant nursery left soil on them. Waited outside for my car and they said it was ready. Took a look in my trunk and the mat was filthy. Obviously, it had not been touched. Nor had the car been cleaned properly. I have used them in the past and they have done an adequate job. Today, no one cared. No one checked anything. No one paid attention to their job. Keep in mind that I PAID EXTRA MONEY to have the mats washed. No apologies and I had to stand over them like a classroom monitor to make sure they did what they were paid to do. I would have liked to pull my $2 tip right out of their tip box. But I didn't However, I don't expect that kind of service in Millburn. I can go to Union for crappy work and pay a lot less. read more

I always have a good experience at Premier Car Wash. The team is nice, they work fast, and my car comes out super clean.

First of all, the car wash fees are only listed in one area and the poster is not clear as to what one can get at the various prices. Or how to tell the operator what service you really want to have done. Once my car wash was complete I inspected the car and found the trunk rug was not vacuum; the windows were wet on one side and the hood of my car still had some dirt that I was able to remove with a wet paper towel. Just got back from a getting the Platinum Exterior service and for & $23 plus $5 tip the wash was just ok and required me to have to wipe down all the dirty and still wet spots myself. The place was empty on Friday at 2:30pm and they could have spent a few minutes more to do a better job but seems like no one cares about doing a good job. So sad as I really wanted to like it and start coming regularly. Almost impossible to find a good car wash around here. read more

Premier Car Wash spent a ton of time cleaning the inside surfaces and rubber mats. Not sure who the whiners are ... voting Premier down to a Yelp 3 star. Hector and Dario gave my IS 250 top-notch service today. Got side swiped by a construction van who was driving like a Grand Theft Auto player in Summit a few months back. Was getting ridiculous quotes anywhere from $1K to $5K to fix from multiple body shops in the area. Hector and Dario resolved the bulk of the problem in two hours for less than a tenth of the mean quote. They also did great detail work given that the interior was ravaged by my seat kicking 4.5 year old toddler and littered up by my cheerio throwing 2.5 year old baby. Dirty Car in Clean Car Out ... There's no doubt this car wash does an incredible job [especially if you opt for the Platinum Package] on the exterior of your car But the Platinum Package which includes dressing the wheels, vacuuming the trunk and washing the vinyl floor mats isn't cheap. I got out of there for $28 not including tip; which I always do because they really work hard to get your car finished quickly. The only room I see for improvement is more detail top wiping down the interior. Door panels were missed completely, the passenger door panels missed completely, the rockerpanel missed. They hit they highlights, but for $28 + tip I shouldn't have to finish the detail. read more

Don't come here on Mondays. The soap to wash the car are always low. I told the employees at the back and the cashier and their response were they still have enough soap to spray and wash the cars. But when I looked back it was only spraying a little. They need to refill it and not be lazy. I have 2 cars that I bring to this car wash. And I get the Platinum wash every time I go. Dan, your carwash is flawed. Read the reviews. Attention to detail on the interior is non-existent. Cupholders not vacuumed, footwells partially cleaned, windows partially cleaned, trim still wet so the droplets dry and leave stains. Wheels are never clean in the corners. Scratched paint from incomplete wash and pushing dirt into the paint during the drying process. If the price was $5 this would be understandable. Unfortunately it's close to $30. If you care about the quality of your service, fix it. If you don't, enjoy the paycheck. There's a sucker born every day. read more

This place used to be good. The outside of the car is done pretty good but they don't clean the inside of the windows very well. And I'm paying for it and they do not clean the windows very well. I pay a lot I want my windows done. And they don't wipe down the seats. If I spilled a little coffee on the seat I'm paying $40 for the car wash inside out wipe the seat please. They have hazard vacuumed the interior, which I didn't say anything about, and then my car comes out soapy. I was told to go back in line to wait again.
