I was initially between Safelight and Eagles, and ended up choosing Benny at Eagles because of his…read moreprice-- about half of what Safelight quoted me. In order to give me an accurate quote over the phone, Benny had me send him pictures of the chip in my windshield. He advised that I go on his website for a $25 coupon too, and then wanted to address the chip the same day in order to prevent the crack from spreading. After he arrived at my home, we assessed the chip together and he explained to me the 20% risk of the crack spreading during the repair, given the character of my chip. After acknowledging, he went ahead. Unfortunately, the chip did split across. Benny filled the further crack with resin so that it would not split further, but then gave me the option to either continue driving as is (of course after waiving all charges), or he would offer me a very good deal on a replacement windshield. Although it wasn't ideal that the chip spread, Benny was honest and responsible. He followed through with a great deal on an identical windshield to my 2016 vehicle. When he returned to my home within hours, we together examined the new windshield before installing it so to ensure that I was satisfied with its quality. The windshield replacement took about 30 minutes, and a truly flawless job. Benny explained the new warranty and assured me that if a problem should ever arise, he will take care of it. I will be recommending him and calling him again for my auto glass needs. I applaud how he does business!

The staff created an easy-going environment. Quality: 5 The quality of the repair is impeccable. My car was rear-ended and the hatchback was completely smashed in. When I got my car back, it was as if the car was entirely brand new. The paint job was well done too. It seemed like they even touched up my car too because the inside was dust-free, and the outside sparkled! Service: 5 I loved that the shop kept me updated about the repair via text. It also included a link where I can see photos of how the repair is going too. It makes me feel like the car is being worked on with care. I was able to see the inside damage and how it was being repaired. They updated me with the completion date too. I was worried that the experience was going to be confusing because I claimed the damage against the offender's insurance. It seems like the shop was used to dealing with insurance so they knew exactly how to guide me, and I was really happy with the entire experience. I expected a lot of stress with the process but it really wasn't stressful at all. I did have some trouble with timing since I am a teacher and I was working during their work hours so drop off / pick up times were tricky to maneuver for me. Luckily, I was able to send my husband to pick it up when they surprised me with an early completion date! Definitely recommend.

Front desk is always accommodating and currently Derek fits me in whenever I have a problem with my car. I'm sure if you shopped around you may find cheaper on some repairs and maybe not but for me the reliability is what counts. Eric absolutely always has my back, will go above and beyond to make sure I know what's wrong with my car and what he can do to fix it. There's never any pressure to have work done. They tell me what I need and don't try to upsell me. That's why I keep coming back. I trust that if there was something they couldn't fix they would send me to somewhere reliable. I will keep coming back while the current admin is there. Thank you Jersey Auto.

For a basic alternator replacement and oil change on my 2014 Toyota RAV4, I was charged nearly $1,500 total. Breakdown: * Alternator replacement: $1,100 * Electrical diagnosis: $250 * Oil change: $150 After the repair, I called a Toyota dealership for comparison, and even the dealer quoted pricing that was about $500 less than what I paid here. The pricing felt extremely excessive and predatory, especially for someone stranded with a broken-down car. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before authorizing repairs at this shop. I can provide the full receipts and invoice breakdown if needed.
