I was initially between Safelight and Eagles, and ended up choosing Benny at Eagles because of his price-- about half of what Safelight quoted me. In order to give me an accurate quote over the phone, Benny had me send him pictures of the chip in my windshield. He advised that I go on his website for a $25 coupon too, and then wanted to address the chip the same day in order to prevent the crack from spreading. After he arrived at my home, we assessed the chip together and he explained to me the 20% risk of the crack spreading during the repair, given the character of my chip. After acknowledging, he went ahead. Unfortunately, the chip did split across. Benny filled the further crack with resin so that it would not split further, but then gave me the option to either continue driving as is (of course after waiving all charges), or he would offer me a very good deal on a replacement windshield. Although it wasn't ideal that the chip spread, Benny was honest and responsible. He followed through with a great deal on an identical windshield to my 2016 vehicle. When he returned to my home within hours, we together examined the new windshield before installing it so to ensure that I was satisfied with its quality. The windshield replacement took about 30 minutes, and a truly flawless job. Benny explained the new warranty and assured me that if a problem should ever arise, he will take care of it. I will be recommending him and calling him again for my auto glass needs. I applaud how he does business! read more

Amazing good deal. Considerably cheaper than, you know, that other place. Very flexible scheduling and competent staff. Very happy with the new windshield on the CrossTrek. read more

I had a crack in my windshield in the winter and had the crack filled by Safelite. However I believe because of the extreme heat we've been having lately, the crack expanded to about 12" on my windshield. I contacted Benny and he got back to me within the same business day and went through all my options with me. All options were extremely affordable when compared to competing businesses. I called on a Friday and he was able to order the glass, come to my house, and repair my windshield on Monday within an hour. Benny is very responsive to messages and calls and it's convenient to be able to text him. Benny has repaired windshields on my Subaru Crosstrek and my mother's Toyota 4Runner. I highly recommend him!! read more

EXCELLENT! Replaced the front windshield on my Ford F150 that I was leasing. Had a much better overall experience than trying to work with the dealership. I found Eagles through Yelp, and the other reviews were indeed indicative of the experience I received. Great communication, arrived (to my driveway) on time, and did a perfect job. I specifically asked for an OEM windshield, and the price was extremely fair. I will definitely recommend Eagles to my family and friends. read more

After Safelite turned a small crack windshield repair into a big crack replacement, and quoted me $550 for that replacement, I called Eagle Auto Glass and was quoted $235. Benny, the tech who did my replacement, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say, I'll never use Safelite again and highly recommend Eagle Auto Glass. read more

Why didn't I use Eagles instead of Safelite the first time! I originally replaced the windshield in our 2010 Odyssey with Safelite's 'premium' windshield. It barely lasted a year. It's demise came from apparently the worlds smallest piece of sand. The evidence of impact was so small the Safelite tech exclaimed that he was "shocked" that a windshield could be cracked beyond repair by such a small object. Try as I might, I could not see any point of impact. Must have been a grain of Adamantium. Oh well, so much for Safelite honoring their warranty. I know this isn't a review of Safelite, but the backstory is important. You see, Safelite quoted me a windshield which was OVER TWICE what Benny quoted me, and Benny's was for his top-of-the-line windshield. Not only did Benny offer the absolute best price (by far), but his men came to my home and replaced it in a little over an hour. It couldn't have been simpler or cheaper. I wholeheartedly recommend Eagles Auto Glass! read more

100% agree with the rest of reviews. Benny came the same day, went over the project details, installed the window in less than an hour. Then he explained the usual after installation need to wait a couple of hours before driving, leave the tape on for 24 hours, etc. All that, and his price was almost $50 lower than the quote from another place that is near me. Very professional, will definitely recommend to friends. read more

Benny was great his price was fair. He was on time and did good work. I will hire Benny the next time I need a windshield, I hope not to soon. read more

My experience with Eagles was similar to most other reviewers, and very positive. I called around noon to inquire about repairing a windshield chip around the size of a dime, and Benny gave me a very reasonable quote. He said he'd be in my area later that afternoon, and was good as his word. He repaired the chip, explaining his method as he did so. He and his partner were friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully, my windshield won't crack or chip again (who knows?), but if it does, I know who to call. Highly recommended. read more

Benny is a great guy. Honest and competitive pricing. He understood I didn't have glass insurance and gave great price and several options. Love supporting family businesses. Benny came to my house day after I contacted him and gave five star customer service. He even changed my wipers because he said they should be changed and I had brand new ones in my trunk. Benny thanks, I will support your business whenever I get a chance. read more

I had a 4" crack in my windshield and after calling around, decided to go with Eagles. I spoke with Benny who was very friendly and came to my work to fix my windshield so that I would not have to worry about dropping my car off or going after work. Within 45 minutes, my windshield was replaced and for a competitive price. It's been 2 weeks and there are no issues with the windshield (I wanted to test it out before writing my review). I highly recommend them! read more

Great service! I called around noon, they asked some basic questions about my car, and gave me a quote almost instantly! They came out about two hours later that same day, fixed up my car in no time, plus they called before they arrived which I appreciated. Benny was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs glasswork done- no hesitation. read more

After getting a call from my wife that someone threw a rock at her windshield while driving home, we were left scrambling to find a repair place. It was 7PM and my wife had work in the afternoon so we needed the repair done ASAP. I first looked to Safelite since their commercials have been engrained in my head over the years. We'll, after seeing that they wanted $600+ and could not touch the car for two days, I began to look elsewhere and found that it appears many of the search results (while under various names) brought me back to a form to fill out which was almost identical across that different sites which lead me to believe that my info was just going to be passed on to a local shop without immediate assistance. Then I came across Benny @ Eagles. I tried calling an hour before they opened and there was no answer. I then received a call back 10 minutes later from Benny. He took all my info and told me he'd get right back to me. While I waited for his return call, I did some Googling to see what others had to say about his business. I was impressed to see that on both Yelp and Google, Benny was rated 5 stars by numerous reviewers which is undoubtedly not an easy task. To make a long story short, Benny was able to replace the windshield that afternoon at a price significantly lower than Safelite. Benny / Eagles is the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend Benny and can honestly say that others will not be disappointed! read more

I was referred by a friend to Benny who is the technician running this business. I am satisfied with his work, he got the glass ordered/ready very fast (within two days on Tuesday for installation when I called on Monday morning, while the insurance company and another auto shop told me it would take them until Tuesday when I called them on Saturday morning). He got half hour late which was fine as I told him already that I would be home for the day (otherwise I would have taken a star off for his half hour delay), and he only got the key to the car, and I think within an hour or even sooner it was all done. You just have to leave the car sitting for a few hours more, and then you'll be good to go which would be the case anywhere else. I do suggest his work as long as he offers a competitive price. He himself was a nice guy, he brought his wife to help him that day but told me he usually brings another helper, and we had some nice conversations as well. Hope it helps you guys. read more

After finding a huge crack in my windshield, I contacted a few windshield repair shops in the area for prices and end up finding Eagles Auto Glass online. Benny answered the phone and provided me with a good quote which beat all the other locations I had checked with. I noticed they had some good reviews online so I felt comfortable going ahead with the service. Benny was able to provide me same day service and showed up at my house within the window of time that he promised. He was friendly, professional and explained the work that would be done. My windshield had to be entirely replaced, but it did not take that long at all and after the work was complete, Benny explained to me what he had done and advised me of the after care instructions. I'm very pleased with the work he has done and would recommend him to anyone. read more

Eagle Auto Glass is way better than Safelite. A stone shattered my windshield and it needed to be replaced. I initially contacted Safelite simply based on the catchy jingle and incessant commercials. Safelite told me that the next available appointment was four days later, it would cost $400, and they only offered one low-grade type of glass for non-sensor windshields. I called Eagle Auto Glass at 2pm and they agreed to come later the same day - on a Friday in the summer! The technician thoroughly explained the glass options to help me make an informed decision about the expense. I ultimately decided to get the same glass that Safelite offered. Eagle only charged $190. The two technicians who came were genuinely nice and friendly, and on time. They were very patient and accommodating in getting a good location to do the work. It took less than an hour to completely replace the windshield, put the inspection and oil change stickers back in the exact spot, test the windshield wipers, clean the area, and explain how long I should wait to do certain things with the windshield. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Eagle Auto Glass. I can't wait to refer my friends and family. Scheduling A+ Cost A+ Information A+ Courtesy A+ read more

My driver's side rear window got smashed. I called around to get several quotes and all came to upwards of $250. Benny's mobile-shop quoted me $160 plus tax. Benny does honest work, and I won't hesitate to call him for a job. read more

Benny was a huge help. He knew what he was talking about and was very pleasant. My daughter had an appointment at 3pm at his shop and he was running late and came to her house to replace her windshield. It took him and a lady about 20 minutes to replace it. He has the best prices around. If you need a windshield definitely call him. They even have a $15.00 coupon on their website. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you so much Benny. read more

FANTASTIC experience!! My windshield was cracked (and only getting worse) so I knew I had to replace it. I had originally googled local places. All were pretty pricey. I received an Eagles Auto Glass business card from a friend. I called the number and spoke with Benny. He was so helpful. Asked me questions like if I had lane departure warning system or rain censor detection (which prior companies did not ask). After we worked out a great price, Benny ordered the glass right away. He agreed to meet me at my work and waive the "out of county" fee. He called me immediately when the glass arrived and explained it had a slight chip on it. He did not want to install it but rather order a new glass. I said absolutely and we rescheduled for the following day. It probably took him 1 hour to complete. All around fantastic experience!! THANK YOU BENNY!! read more

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!!! I shopped around for a replacement windshield and Benny was one the ONLY one who took his time to tell me I had two options. He explained the difference between the two so I could make the right decision for me. He fit me into his schedule and now I have a perfect new windshield that was perfectly priced. I am a single mom and felt like I was being taken advantage of till I found Benny. I would definitely recommend his services above the rest! Thank you Benny! read more

Benny was very friendly and professional. I had a small crack on my windshield that spread across that required a total replacement. He was able to quote me a very competitive price, and was able to schedule a quick appointment within a few business days. He arrived right on time, finished the replacement within a hour. The cost was much more reasonable then some of his competitors. Other companies quoted me either a much higher price, or claimed that no other third party manufacturers made windshield for my popular model of a car. read more

Very prompt service. The cost was less than the competitors. Agree with all the reviews posted here.

Benny and his beautiful helper came to my rescue as promised. Our car got broken into and the window was smashed. First of all, the phone call I made went straight to his cell and I got to speak with my actual window installer right away. I described the damage and said I would only be back in a week from vacation. We made plans for him to come the day I got back. Even though it was a Sunday on thanksgiving weekend, he showed up as promised, fixed the window at a super fair price and even cleaned and vacuumed all the shards. Absolutely perfect experience! The driver's side window of my truck slipped off the track and shattered in the door last week. I was about twenty miles from home and it was 2 degrees and snowing, so time was a major factor. We found Eagles Auto Glass and talked to Benny. Within two hours of the window breaking, Benny and his colleague had picked up the window and met me in New Brunswick. They were friendly and professional and did the work fast. They were very thorough about getting all of the glass out of the door and making sure that the window and the truck were totally clean. The entire thing only took about fifteen minutes. Also, the price was incredibly reasonable. I cannot imagine a better experience in a bad situation; it made a bad situation so much better. read more
