They were able to schedule an appointment at very short notice. They provided a 2hr window... unfortunately the tech did arrive about 30min after the window had closed. Fortunately I was available @ that time. The tech was friendly and was able to fix the chip in my windshield. Note that (just like all techs) they will not be able to totally remove the chip (so it will be slightly visible). However, it should not deteriorate further into a crack. The tech did explain this in advance. I'm not sure how much repair typically costs, but did think that the price was fairly reasonable. I would not hestitate to use them again. read more

Platinum Auto Glass - After repair looks like a small dirt patch - Auto Glass Services Near Me

I had a windshield replaced by Platinum Auto Glass, and it was a terrible experience. Within days, the windshield leaked during rain. The technician came back to "reseal" it, but the issue was clearly not resolved. Shortly after, my vehicle suffered significant electrical damage. The dealership confirmed that water intrusion from the improperly installed windshield caused failure of the fuse block and body control module, resulting in over $4,000 in repairs. I attempted multiple times to contact the technician (who gave inconsistent names and is now unresponsive), but all calls and messages have been ignored. He goes by Anthony, but his real name is Noel Edwards I would strongly caution others before using this company. read more

I needed a to replace the windshield of my car. I scheduled an appointment online and the tech arrived a few days later at my workplace. The new windshield took 90 mins to install and was treated with Rain-X. We were also given an air freshener and chocolate...what a pleasant surprise. We're happy with the work and the cost of the replacement was $90 less than what Safelite quoted us. I'd definitely use these guys again. read more

windshield did leak on the first rain. In couple months windshield came out completely while driving. Platinum auto glass did refuse to perform warranty repairs. Problems where caused because old rubber seal wasn't cleaned properly and he didn't stick new windshield to his glue property. I did have stressfull and dangerous experience by using very selfish Platinum auto glass. read more

Platinum Auto Glass - This is his job after 2 months - Auto Glass Services Near Me

2016 Honda Pilot, which is garage kept required front window replacement. Windows was replaced and my vehicle is leaking. The only way i would have known is I decided to leave my car outside overnight. The edge of the front window is swelling. I have left messages on your text service w/ no contact back. This work was a failure on Platinum Auto Glass part and should be addressed, however getting someone to assist is also a failure. Because the edges are swelling, this leads me to believe the window was installed incorrectly. Invoice # 002934 04/19/2021. read more

They came to my office and did a fantastic job. They were done within the hour and the cost was much lower than other replacement companies, especially safelite. read more

So thankful for Platinum coming out on short notice. I initially called Safelight and they kept cancelling because of missing parts?? Weird. Nonetheless, Platinum answered my call and helped me take of my windshield on the same day. Great customer service too. Noel was a very professional got right to it. I am very satisfied with the job that platinum auto glass did on my car. I was given an appointment very quickly. I received an appointment the next day. The price was the least expensive of the ten different places that i called. The tech was polite and cleaned up every step of the way. He kept socially distanced from me and was very respectful. I highly recommend them and am 100% satisfied with the job. read more

Noel was absolutely fantastic. He did a great job in replacing my car's windshield this morning after I submitted a quote request - this morning! Noel did the work with excellence, was prompt, and did it at a competitive price. Also, getting to know him for a few moments after the job was complete was a pleasure. I'd be delighted to refer any friend to his business. read more

Platinum Auto Glass - Platinum Auto Glass replaced this. - Auto Glass Services Near Me

This guy (Noel) is a shoddy, arrogant jerk. After replacing my windshield it quickly became obvious that he didn't properly seal the entire edge. He refused to fix the problem that he caused. He even pretended not to be himself in the many follow up phone calls to him. An outright liar & con artist in my opinion (& experience) . There is NO way the positive reviews of this scammer are legit. STAY away if you value your time, money & blood pressure! read more

GREAT PRICE and GREAT SERVICE Noel is a very nice professional individual with a great personality He called to let me know when he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would be here. Their prices are extremely good and the glass and materiel's used are top notch I would definitely recommend giving Noel at Platinum Auto Glass a call if you need any auto glass work done. read more

I will save you some time. If you plan on looking at Safelite or the bigger corporation run windshield repair/replacement, STOP. This guy has beat all the quotes I've gotten from many different shops. If you decide on platinum auto glass you should know that you are supporting a local business while saving time and money. I got an appointment two days after I contacted Platinum. He came with his mobile service, and was done within the hour. read more

Great price and service. Noel from platinum installed my windshield he was quick ,clean, friendly and professional. Called me early in the am and was right on time. Now if I can just stop my windshield from breaking ill be alright, this is my third windshield because of road rocks, bad luck, ect. They came and installed new glass promptly and did it right outside my home on a Saturday. No leaks detected afterward. My only complaint is the inspection sticker that had to be removed and put back looks very unprofessional. It's curled and is barely sticking back to the new windshield. read more

This jerk (Noel) screwed up my windshield replacement. Left huge gap that allowed cold air/condensation to freeze on the INSIDE of glass. He came back to correct problem and not only did he leave NEW gaps, but also was so sloppy that there was now silicone sealer stuck to the outside of the windshield that prevented my wiper from working properly. He then REFUSED to correct the mess he created. BAD ATTITUDE & HORRIBLE, SUBSTANDARD work! DO NOT USE THIS IDIOT! You will regret it if you do. read more

Noel, the technician and owner I believe owner, not only provided the best price to replace a cracked windshield we had; he also came to the house on a weekend with short notice and did a great job. The car required special glass, since it has a lane assist features (that consist of dashboard cameras). Noel assured me the replacement glass he installed will work fine with the feature and it did. Prior deciding to go with Platinum Glass, I contacted three other shops first and none were available the weekend I needed the work done. Thanks Noel, we greatly appreciate you getting our car back on the road when we needed it. read more

Platinum Auto Glass Noel is the man!! Super nice, prompt, and professional. Couldn't be happier. He and Platinum Autoglass were recommended by my wife's colleague, as we were shopping around for quotes. I called, and he gave me a quote over the phone, based on my car year and model. The other places that I called gave me the whole, "Well, we'll need to see it before the estimate because you could have rain sensors in your windshield and not know it" routine. I called Platinum, yesterday. Noel set up the appointment for this morning (9am - 11am timeframe) and said that he'd call within a half hour of arriving at my car. He called at 9:10am, arrived at 9:30am, and the windshield was done by 10:15am. On top of everything else, it was over $150.00 less than Safelight's quote, with a very reasonable 2 hr time window. When we called Safelight, it was such a cluster, because they kept assuming we were insured by one of their affiliate insurance companies. So, they kept giving us different numbers to call. When we finally set up an appointment, the timeframe was anywhere between noon and 5pm, and they charge $30 extra to come out to you. Noel, if you're reading reviews, thank you! Great to meet you. Keep up the awesome service! - Donn read more

Inquired online through their site, got a response in less than an hour, and followed up to see when they could come by which was about an hour or so from my call. They called me when they said they would, before arriving, and came on time. Noel was great, explained the process and how long it would take, replaced my inspection sticker and mirror perfectly, no leaks, no problem since the install. My windshield had a big crack and was removed cleanly. Their price was also better than the glass company you see on tv all the time. I'd use them again if I needed a windshield replaced or chip repairs. read more

Excellent high-quality service done quickly and precisely. A much lower price than nationally advertised chains such as Safelite. The installer was personable and took a personal interest in the quality of the work. They will be my first and only call if I need any future work done in this area. read more
