On the outside not looking like much, the interior is welcoming with refreshments available while you wait. The technician walked me around my car and told me the approximate time it would take as well as what they'd be doing. It was a relatively small job I appreciate the thoroughness about the job. A couple days later the technician called me alerting me my car was ready. They did a great job and the best part is they washed my car, inside and out! I'm not sure that is what they normally do but it's a great gesture and boy did my car need it. If you're in need of a body shop and/or you insurance deals with them, I'd recommend.

Thank you John and your professional team for the superb job replacing my broken mirror…read more When I found my mirror had been hit, I was so upset and knew it's not worth reporting to insurance. I didn't know where to go. Luckily, I found Lidos. I walked in without an appointment and John quickly dropped what he was doing to help me. He was able to locate a secondhand mirror which helped cut the cost. I gave a deposit and he kept his word. Two days later he matched the paint and had my mirror installed in minutes while I waited! Your dad is a gem and you are the best team. Thank you for answering my prayers and repairing my car with the best price and professional work.

What a rip off they are! They were very overpriced and if they come to u they charge another $30 on top of the total price. ( their commercials never mention this. Also they only have a 12 month warranty. ) I then found Dubin Glass Company online.i called bc I had some trouble with their website. I spoke to a nice man named Ron. I gave him all my information and asked if they could replace my window the same day . Ron said we always come to the customer so yes and we could be there in a couple hours 3 o'clock to be exact. I gave him all my information. The Dubin glass representative showed up exactly 3 PM he pulled into my driveway open my car door checked out the situation. He started spraying a chemical on my windshield so the adhesive on the windshield could be removed completely. I sat on my porch and watch the whole thing. My repairman was named Andre he did a very nice job. iHe was neat, efficient, and organized. When he was done, he left the receipt in the front on my car seat.Andre never once bothered me and when he was finished he just pulled away. From start to finish it took about 45 minutes. And the price I was quoted was what was on the receipt. ( 100 dollars less then Safelite.) I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend them. They were wonderful and did a great job! This company has also been in business since 1934. Oh yeah ! The warranty I received is lifetime as long as another rock doesn't break or crack my windshield. It pays to shop around.

However, after my experience at Pearl St. Automotive; my car repair anxieties are gone forever (as long as I can bring my car here)! Owner AJ is friendly, approachable, and hands down the best person I've ever dealt with at a garage. From the initial phone call to the keys being back in my hand, the entire process was seamless and never once even hinted at triggering my car repair anxieties. AJ explained exactly what was needed, gave me dates and timing that he never had to alter, and even stayed after hours to make sure I got the car the day I needed it since it's the only car in the house. The final cost was right on point with the estimate (just a couple bucks less actually), and the pricing was more than reasonable, not inflated or overcharged. They even give you a little thank you gift for larger jobs (I won't ruin the surprise). There is no question in my mind that I will be going back to AJ at Pearl St Automotive EVERY SINGLE TIME I ever need something done to my car! I'll also be recommending this place to everybody I know and encounter who needs such a place! THANK YOU for a job excellently done!
