After the initial issue with the way wipers were put back, I called DUBIN glass and they came back the very next day in the morning and fixed it. I would still request them to concentrate more on customer service, on two aspects - Firstly a toy in the dashboard was broken by mistake. The technician should have informed this to me and also atleast should have cleaned / removed the broken toy parts. They did neither. Secondly, they do not accept Check payments, however honest you are. I dont get this at all. When all the companies in this country accept check payments, why wouldn't DUBIN GLASS? Though its not a big deal, these micro things will get a good customer rapport. But I would definitely recommend them for the quality of the glass ordered and fixed. read more

Do not go here. I originally picked this place because their Yellow Page ad stated they'd been in existence since the Stone Age. BIG MISTAKE!!! First, they told me to come in at oh dark thirty (7:45 am) for a glass install and that I would be on the road in a couple hours. I arrive at said time. I wait. I ask a little. I continue waiting. A little after 9 am the secretary informs me that the glass for my car will not get there until 2 pm or so and that they have already started taking off the door on my car, so I am trapped here. Grr. Then, once I get the glass installed I drive away, and notice that my window is whistling. Great guys. Not only do you lie to customers, you suck at doing the only thing you do. A couple days later, I take the car back to get the glass reinstalled (I did call the night before, and I was told to show up at oh dark thirty). When I get there, they tell me the man to work on my car isn't in and I have to show up at oh dark thirty the next day... Grr. So they install the glass a second time. The window STILL WHISTLES. After try THREE they get it right. Wow. I met a man in the waiting room who was also displeased with their service. Save yourself time, trouble, and glass but not going here. read more

My front windshield got cracked from a dump truck kicking up a rock. It quickly spread to across my windshield. I went online and called safelight 1st bc of their commercials. What a rip off they are! They were very overpriced and if they come to u they charge another $30 on top of the total price. ( their commercials never mention this. Also they only have a 12 month warranty. ) I then found Dubin Glass Company online.i called bc I had some trouble with their website. I spoke to a nice man named Ron. I gave him all my information and asked if they could replace my window the same day . Ron said we always come to the customer so yes and we could be there in a couple hours 3 o'clock to be exact. I gave him all my information. The Dubin glass representative showed up exactly 3 PM he pulled into my driveway open my car door checked out the situation. He started spraying a chemical on my windshield so the adhesive on the windshield could be removed completely. I sat on my porch and watch the whole thing. My repairman was named Andre he did a very nice job. iHe was neat, efficient, and organized. When he was done, he left the receipt in the front on my car seat.Andre never once bothered me and when he was finished he just pulled away. From start to finish it took about 45 minutes. And the price I was quoted was what was on the receipt. ( 100 dollars less then Safelite.) I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend them. They were wonderful and did a great job! This company has also been in business since 1934. Oh yeah ! The warranty I received is lifetime as long as another rock doesn't break or crack my windshield. It pays to shop around. read more

So I read all the reviews on Dubin Glass before I called. I saw a few of the negative reviews. Trust me they couldnt be more wrong. The women that answered the phone was a sweetheart. she was very helpfull, I called on monday afternoon. I called tuesday to find out what time the guys would be coming to replace the windshield she gave me a time between 1:00 and 3:00. 1:00 pm the showed up. They went right to work had the job done in an hour. no mess nothing broken. Would definitely would use them again if I need and I highly recommend them. read more

My windshield recently cracked due to the winter weather. I contacted my insurance company and Al Dubin glass is a shop they use in my area. The Dubin receptionist gave me a verbal estimate by phone, subject to me going into the shop just to be sure I had a certain glass type. I dropped by on a Saturday, waited a few minutes for an installer to double check my windshield and the receptionist confirmed my quote was correct. I contacted Dubin glass late on a Tuesday afternoon and asked if they could come the next day to my home to install the glass since the weather was expected to be dry and in the 50 degree area. The installer arrived within the expected time and changed the windshield. Job was great. The installer reapplied my mirror, EZ Pass and even my new car inspection sticker from the old windshield. All trim was reinstalled properly. I followed the installer's instructions not to move the car for several hours to make sure the Urethane used to secure the windshield dried properly. Job was done professionally and correctly. No debris was left in the car or in my driveway. Price was very good, especially considering I had to pay this out of pocket since my insurance deductible was above the job cost. I recommend this shop. read more

I cannot attest to the quality of their work because they kept changing appointment times on me. I waited at home for four hours after constantly calling them all morning to ensure that they would send someone to fix my car window and when I called them a final time at the end of the appointment time frame that they gave me, they told me that they were running late and wouldn't be able to get somebody to my house for another two hours! I will never use their services for their blatant disregard of their customers' time. I found cheaper options locally that do house calls. read more

This place is very good. I used them back in 2005. They came out to my job and replaced my front car window. They were on time and professional. Now here we are Oct 2015 and I needed to have my passenger side window replaced. I remembered how good they were previously. My husband initially called up Safelite, immediately I knew I wld not use them b/c the price to come out to my home and fix the glass was higher. I called Dubin the woman I spoke to was very courteous and nice. She was also able to find my installment from 2005. The price she quoted me was right in my ball park. I set the appointment. They came the day after to my place, changed it in about 45 minutes, were very helpful and nice, moved all the stickers, EZ Pass etc., took credit card for payment, and the work was perfect. They have no clue! Well were do I start. So I went on line for an insta quote so they call it. the qoute was for 270.00 dollars. So I called to schedule an install, I did so and 20 minutes later they called back and informed me my qoute was wrong it would now be 798.00 dollars more then twice the amount. Boy was that a shock, so I agreed, not much of a choice and scheduled again for the next day. That following morning I get a phone call from them and the tell me they miss qouted again and it would be another 400.00 dollars. sSo from 270.00 to 1200.00. in a day.what kind of B.S business is this. I had my window shield replaced today by Alex. He came right on time, was polite and did the work pretty quickly yet very professionally. The fee charged was nothing more than what was quoted previously, which was more than reasonable. I had some other quotes from numerous repair shops who quoted way more than DUBIN. After the installation, my EZ-Pass equipment and inspection sticker got placed back on the new glass with no issue at all. The most surprising part was I was told that I have their life warranty on the newly installed glass for anything like water leak, etc. Amazing. I will recommend this company/Alex to anyone. read more
