I contacted Benny and he got back to me within the same business day and went through all my options with me. All options were extremely affordable when compared to competing businesses. I called on a Friday and he was able to order the glass, come to my house, and repair my windshield on Monday within an hour. They seemed angry we had to come back, and one employee accused my husband of calling her a name, I was there and he did not. By the way, she was sitting behind the customer service counter watching something on her phone and eating and was very annoyed we had the nerve to disturb her!! It took three tries to get her to acknowledge us, then she got angry went in the back and told the others we had been disrespectful! I have never had such a terrible experience. I actually felt threatened by the team because they seemed so annoyed with us. We ended up leaving and not even getting the windshield repaired. Even though we had insurance coverage that mandated OEM for our Subaru, they incorrectly informed us that OEM wasn't available. After a third party windshield was replaced last week and we experienced issues and we pushed back for an IEM. So we went back again this morning at 9:05 AM and were told by Brett, Manager that he would have us out in about 2 hours. Almost 3 + hours later we did get our OEM windshield. Thanks for nothing and I'm not sure about value at the end of the day. We spent 3 days consumed dealing with this situation. That's not money well spent!
