Owner was very helpful. His car spa is the best I have ever been to. The cost is reasonable and never any glitches in their system.

Amazing car wash! I went today at around 4:15 and was in a bit of a rush. I spoke with Javier and explained the situation to him and what I needed, which was a full car wash and inside cleaning. He broke down the three packages they offered and I selected the middle one, which was $50 and included a wax spray and a free air freshener. Javier was great and said he would work with me to get me in and out within 30-40 mins. The car wash was busy but Javier did his best and was meticulous with the cleaning. Not only did he help clean but he inspected as others were cleaning as well. I badly needed a car wash and considering that it was rushed he did a close to perfect job! I will definitely be back. I will add that they vigorously vacuum so if anything is on the floor of your car, you may not get it back as it may get caught in the vacuum. Also pay cash if possible, as you pay tax when using a card. read more

I had a great experience. I was in and out o about hour. My vehicle was cleaned and the customer service was good. I definitely will be back. Also the free air freshener was nice! read more

I purchased a new Lexus Javair was so patient and honest with me on the phone I dropped my car off he was so reassuring The work was impeccable I highly suggest if you need any kind of detailing to your car this is the place read more

If I could give a 10/10 I would. Hands down the best car wash I've been to in Staten Island, definitely recommending to everyone tired of paying over priced rushed car washes. Travis auto spa has fair prices and you may wait a little for the wash but it's most definitely worth the wait! read more

My car was a complete and utter mess. Javier was completely non judgmental about the horror that it was. My car was returned in almost new condition. He went above and beyond and did extra work that was not included. Now I can drive around with my head held high. All kidding aside, it was a fabulous job at a fair price for all the work involved. Highly recommend this business. read more

Haven't been able to find a decent car wash that actually took care of my car always using the top package at all places but this place went above and beyond and did a amazing job words can't do justice go try it out read more

The worst service. Made an appointment for a detail and when I got there, they were closed.. I had to leave my car there, called for hours to see when they were going to open. When they finally picked up the girl was so disrespectful, wanted to charge me more than what we agreed on and when I said no.. she closed the door in my face. Very disorganized. Her excuse was "we were busy, we forgot to write down the appointment" HORRIBLE- DONT GO THERE!!!!! read more

I just done my first time car wash there this morning. WAs the first one there and no one else was waiting, they did it quickly without paying detail attention. Done it for top 20 mins, like u pay neighbor teenagers to pour water to your car and roughly dry it. Not even open the trunk to vacuum it at all. Very disappointed. Should check before leaving any tips. read more

Travis Auto Spa - Car Wash Near Me - Staten Island, New York

This place is great! They take their time and do a good job. I chose the full service option. The only thing is it's a bit pricey at $20. This included cleaning in and out with tire shine. Make sure you bring cash. This place takes card but they charge you for processing. They take 20 to 30 minutes to do your car right. That's fine by me! They do a great job drying every nook of your car. They use a leaf blower to dry the car... Not a bad idea actually... Gets the water out in all the little crevices. I think $15 is reasonable for what they did. Also, it a nice gesture to leave a tip in their tip container. Overall a good experience. The guys were great, and the lady that runs the place is nice too. She does a good job overseeing the place. read more

Horrible place would give it zero stars if I could paid 175 for detail and only got a wash any wax nothing was different scratches and swirl marks still there did not clay bar the whole car missed lots of touch up paint spots and the ones that they did so we're horrible and had me wait 9 hrs to pick up my car I had to redo the whole job my self horrible horrible horrible service read more

I have been coming here for years. They do a GREAT job. The owners are both so professional and kind. Hand car wash at its best. Such attention to detail! read more

Best car wash in Staten Island. The guys make sure every detail is perfect and clean. Only car wash I've been to where the guys actually seem to care about doing a great job. Price is right too! Also the manager, I think his make is Javier, is good and makes sure all the cars are clean to his standard! Highly recommended! read more

Tried this after reading James L's review on it and thought it definitely deserves some props. It's not in the most obvious location but the staff does do a great job of paying attention to the details. Only thing I'm worried about is that since its a hand wash establishment they might not have the proper equipment to clean the under carriage of your vehicle as well as the more established/expensive places ie VIP Car wash? The road salt from the NYC winters can do a job with your vehicle if not cleaned out frequently and in this aspect may be the only area where VIP wash can shine. read more

This place is hands down the best car wash I have ever been to! I could not get over how clean my SUV looked. I drove upstate to visit my family a week after my car wash and my brother even commented on how good the car looked. Inside and out was perfectly clean and the tires shined! Best 20 bucks spent! read more

This place is great, I was in and out in a good amount of time for a hand wash. I left with my car looking absolutely amazing. The guys were very careful and thorough while cleaning the car and actually looked like they cared about the end result. read more

open at 8am daily. The owner is cool she is so cool with customers. I will come back ALL HAND WASH here no doubt, no trouble.

I went to purchase a gift certificate for someone, anyway when I ask how much to detail a car, I was told $170.00 Are you kidding, I know my friend pays about 100.00 Than girl tells me (maybe they dont do inside) I tell her YES THEY DO.... Anyway, she asks this guy there and he says $150.00 (ARE YOU KIDDING ME)? Anyway, I say just give me gift cert for $125.00. Girl tells me if I pay cash I dont have to pay 7.00 TAX! TAX??? I dont pay tax for a gift certificate. YOU PAY TAX WHEN YOU GET SERVICE. I only have charge card and I am not paying $7.00 more for using it.... So first they tried to OVER CHARGE ME... Than RIP ME OFF by wanting to charge me more for paying with a charge. CHARGING ME TAX.. I know this place does good work but when trying to RIP me off on both accounts is unacceptable. BE WEARY I walked out without purchase read more

Best wash on the island hands down! Wait can sometimes be astronomical.. but well worth it!

Best car wash around. They are a little more expensive then others, but the quality is well worth it. It's 100% hand wash, and they pay so much attention to detail. Spend the money and few extra minutes because this place is definitely worth it. read more

Best and most patient Sevice in Staten island. Pays attention to detail! No pun intended! read more

great work. made my dirty, unclean car look brand new. I mean BRAND NEW!!!! reasonable prices. excellent service!

The solution to this problem was the manager recognizing me and giving me back what I just over paid. So I would pay then he would recognize me. Ask the cashier what I paid. If I paid too much he would refund me the over charge. Not a perfect system but I appreciate the effort. They have moved from this location now. Sad to see them go for the convenience of having them so close alone. read more

I cannot tell you how wonderful my car looks when Javier and his men are done with my car. Regular full service car was leaves my car looking sparking and no one ever gets my rims that clean. Now today was another time I had Javier do a total detail, as I do twice a year and that car left there looking like the day I drove it off the lot. You wont find a car wash that does better and best yet its a hand wash , not some machine that ruins your car. My whole family takes our car/truck/suv there. And I always recommend it to people I know and now, don't know!!!!! Try it. You will be happy read more
