First off. The manager Mario seems like a hard-working man who put in work to make his business work. Now for the other side. The workers whom he has working for him are biased. If you are "White," your car gets the hands on attention, BUT if you "Black, Brown or different you get shitty ass service no matter what package you purchase. I am speaking of first-hand experience. The crew that dries the cars doesn't pay attention to detail to make the interior of your car clean. I have been coming here for years, the guys here usually do a great job. They get VERY busy and the small road they are on gets backed up into Hylan blvd. Unfortunately today I got stuck right in front of the exit, and the person in front of me would not move far up enough so I could get out of the way. I honked at him to cue him to move up a bit because I was blocking a lady from exiting, and instead of (who I presume is) the owner guiding him forward, he came and yelled at me! He was so condescending it was unbelievable, huffing and puffing at me and rolling his eyes. I told him I have nowhere to go because the guy in front of me (who had a ton of space) wouldn't move forward. He rolled his eyes at me and walked away! I was in shock. The person in front of me finally moved so I could get out of the way, but if it wasn't for the very sweet staff here I would have left and never come back! That is no way to treat a customer, let alone a woman. Put a really sour taste in my mouth and I probably won't come back. read more

All car washes have a standard disclaimer that they are not responsible for damages to your vehicle. This has always been the case in every car wash I have ever been to, except one, H20 Autospa. Here's my story: Some time ago I took my car in to be detailed. I paid over $100 for a full job and after waiting a short while, the vehicle sparkled, literally sparkled. No detail was overlooked. The windows, the trim, seats, mats, every nook, and cranny was very clean and I was in complete awe. I thanked the owner, Mario, and started to make my way home. After parking, I noticed I could not pop the trunk. Hmm, that's weird, I thought! Well, whatever, let's try the remote.. nothing. I tried to manually unlock it by diving into the compartment behind the seats and got it to open. I closed the trunk, tried again to pop it, and nothing. Luckily the car wash was still open and I drove back. The workers and owner tried a few times and it opened on the third or fourth attempt. I figured it was a short, the car is a late model sedan so didn't think much of it. The next morning, I went to put something in the trunk and again couldn't open it. So I took the car to the shop. After about an hour, the guy comes back and tells me the mechanism that releases the trunk was damp and needed to be replaced. I was miffed knowing full well why the mechanism needed to be replaced to the tune of $300. The shop dried off the mechanism the best they could and scheduled me for an appt in a few weeks. I went to the car wash and spoke to the owner to explain what happened. I could not believe my ears when he told me he would take care of the bill. I was like, what?? But it turned out to be 100% TRUE. I went back to the shop a few weeks later and the service guy told me the bill was being paid by the car wash owner. I was and still am astounded. This place is not your ordinary car care establishment, it is without a doubt, extraordinary. read more

I have to give this place a low review for some really poor customer service. I called beforehand to ask about a cleaning of the interior of my car and they said they could do it. I came by for the interior wash, which I told the employee. He comes out with a receipt which was expensive, so I followed up and asked him if this was for interior and exterior and he said yes it was. He then began to argue with me saying that I needed an exterior wash. When I told him no, all I want was an interior wash, he told me that that wasn't possible and I needed to leave. I think it really wasn't right that he just gave me a receipt for extra washing because that's what he wanted rather than what I wanted as a customer and then to argue with me as the customer and tell me what I should want- that's just not right. read more

For a $20 wash, this place is very nice in terms of a good clean. I got the Number 2. Did a quick interior cleaning and went through the machine with rainbow suds and came out shining. They missed some spots on the wheels, but it's not bad considering this car hasn't been washed since December. I definitely recommend going here for your washing needs. read more

While we drove around looking for another car wash, we luckily found H2o Autospa. I'm very happy we found this new place because they did a wonderful job and we now have a new car wash. We chose wash #3 which includes a lot of things - tire cleaning, dashboard cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Our poor car was in desperate need of a cleaning after a trip to the Hamptons. The guys who washed our car, inside and out, made it look like new again. After we paid, we were given a complimentary air freshener for our car. I have been to this place 3 times. Everytime I go to a car wash I clean all my items out so it can be cleaned. Only thing I leave in there is my work shoes. All three times one of my work shoes is gone. Do you have joy in taking one shoe ? I spoke to two different women on the phone they said they would take my number down and call me back.. I never received a call back. I usually spend money on the biggest package and then on top of that another 50$ for a new pair of work shoes. Won't be coming back nor will anyone I recommended this place to. Plus you cover the interior with that ultra shine shit and you can't even drive away everything is slippery. read more

This is a solid 3 star. It's 5 stars BEFORE your car gets in the wash (vacuum, prep etc) and the wash. It's a 2 stars once it comes out. They upswell you on number 3 as it will include a good inside cleaning. But when the car comes out, while there are 5 teenagers jumping on your car, the cleaning is very sub par. In fact after asking three times to clean obvious spots after they were "done" I eventually just grabbed their supplies and finished myself. So - it's not a terrible car wash - but I think if the owner cares about continued good reputation and people "loving" him on Yelp - there is a need for adult supervision outside. In summary - for External wash and basic vacuuming inside (not paying attention to detail) - this is a good place to try (do not do 3, go for number 2 as the items listed on three are really not done). If you really want your car clean - probably find a different place. read more

I don't know if it's just a coincidence but after having my car detailed, my rear door window switches stopped working and now my driver door window stopped working and the driver door lock switch is bad too. They might have sprayed a cleaning chemical into the switches causing all of this to go wrong in one week. I'm a handy guy and all of these parts were fairly cheap so I won't contact H20 about this. I just hope they read this and explain to the detailers to NOT spray chemical cleaners onto areas with switches but spray the chemicals on the rags before applying them. The car looks great though! There is no shortage of car washes on this island, but this one is by far my favorite, I even have a monthly unlimited pass! Excellent service, my car always looks great, they have a clean bathroom and I actually really appreciate the wide variety of drinks and snacks for sale inside (not just soda and candy, but things like Kombucha, protein bars, etc...).
