He broke down the three packages they offered and I selected the middle one, which was $50 and included a wax spray and a free air freshener. Javier was great and said he would work with me to get me in and out within 30-40 mins. The car wash was busy but Javier did his best and was meticulous with the cleaning. Not only did he help clean but he inspected as others were cleaning as well. I badly needed a car wash and considering that it was rushed he did a close to perfect job! I will definitely be back. I will add that they vigorously vacuum so if anything is on the floor of your car, you may not get it back as it may get caught in the vacuum. Also pay cash if possible, as you pay tax when using a card.

After they were done, and then wiping excess water odd the car, I noticed that one side was still dirty so I asked the worker if they can clean it. He said he did and that's the best they can do, which was pretty crazy. I used my hand and got it off pretty easily but he said they don't do that. So I spoke to the manager and the manager said that they don't do that because it would take them hours to clean that side of the door. I showed them that it was simple to do with just my hand. I even said just give me the towel and I'll do it myself but they wouldn't even do that. I went home. Took a microfiber towel and essentially finished their job to clean off the side of my car. I was just so baffled because it's a car wash so I didn't think I was crazy expecting the car to be clean; and then to show them that it was easy to get out and wasn't anything ridiculous, and they still wouldn't do it. So it just felt like I was burning money and then having to fix their terrible job. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. There is a indoor waiting area but if you live in the area, you can go home and come back when they call you ti retrieve your car. They are known for hand-wash/dry but now had upgraded for faster service with special equipment to speed up the process. There is equipment to spray soap from above, as you drive into the the pre-soap area and then exit car to let them finish the rest. Good detailing but sometimes can miss a few spot. Overall great when you have time to wait for the Everything but the Kitchen Sink special. There is a weather guaranteed (I didnt know until I saw on their website) that states if it rains/snow the same/next day, you can bring your car back the following day for a complimentary exterior wash and no reciept is needed. That's cool! When they first opened years ago, I had signed up for a car membership deal for unlimited wash for 1 year in their first year (there was some restrictions about how many washes per month). It was a gift for my husband which he throughly enjoyed and used. I'm not sure if they still do that now as I only signed up once.
