The first time was due to my parked car being vandalized. The last two occasions were a result of my catalytic converter being stolen. After the 1st cat theft, however, I brought my car to a different nearby insurance company repair shop, which ended up not a good experience. During the over 7 months it took to get the cat, I had to repeatedly follow up observing that shop wasn't actively checking on the part's availability with their supplier. So on the 2nd cat theft, I instead brought it to Gotham. As with my first Gotham experience, they were on top of things, quickly repairing the vehicle. Less than three months later when victim of a 3rd cat theft, Gotham rapidly inspected the car and did their best to keep the repair bill down. Nevertheless, the estimate ended up triggering the insurance company totaling my car. Sensitive to my frustrating situation, the team at Gotham was professional, courteous, attentive and accommodating - like every experience with them. Gotham thankfully made a difficult situation easier to get through. Should my next car require similar big repair work, I'd consider using them again.

I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

He immediately stopped to help, and I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. I was in shock and pretty much shaken up after the accident. Rod made sure I was safely off to the side of the highway, took my phone, gathered all the necessary photos and the other driver's information, and gave me his card in case I needed any further assistance. The next morning, I brought my car to his body shop. Unfortunately, the insurance company determined that my car was a total loss, but Rod and his assistant, Maria, took care of all the initial communication with the insurance company and the rental company, making an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to manage. Rod is truly one of the kindest, most compassionate people I've met. He went above and beyond - not because he had to, but because he genuinely cared. Maria was just as wonderful, patient, and helpful throughout the process. I'm so grateful that Rod happened to be there when i needed help the most.
