Emily, the office manager as well as the crew who performed the work are all a class act. They worked hard to make sure that my classic was restored to its previous beauty. Could say it even looks even better than before. After being rear-ended by a negligent driver who was on his phone, I was heartbroken and devastated thinking that old Betsy was totaled, but Alex, Bill, and the team worked with my insurance company to make sure that the car was not totaled and that they were able to secure funding for the repairs. Once we were able to get the insurance company to approve the repairs for the vehicle, Alex and his team got to work to source difficult-to-find parts as this is a rare classic and made sure that the work got done with the highest quality details. I am forever grateful to them for their wonderful service and quality work. There's no other body shop that I will be going to moving forward. Let's hope that I don't need them again.

Then of course they held my car hostage or made me feel like my car would not be right if I didn't keep the work they did. It's nasty. Thought he was going convince me into keeping the work after I told him to remove. Claimed he couldn't get in touch with me, but I called the office not 3 mins after I received the text and he answered ... And to know it's coming from the owner Ifran there's no resolving or changing it. Paid just to get my car out of their garage. Who knows what else they would have done to it to up charge me. Don't trust them with my car anymore. Either they don't know what they're doing and expect you to pay for their mistakes or their greedy and will bait and switch you once they're in possession of your car. Nasty work.

Kathy and Daniel did a fantastic job taking care of my car on such short notice with their amazing…read moreteam at Aegean. I woke up to my car not starting on a recent Friday morning when the temp dropped into the low 40's...called AAA who told me it was likely the starter as opposed to the battery. As I'm new to the city, I put in a search on yelp and was contacted by multiple mechanics nearby (I'm in Jackson Heights) and requested a quote for pricing--both parts and labor, as well as the turnaround time--and Aegean was by far the best all-around. They were right on top of the correspondence, going back-and-forth with all of the details promptly and were able to secure the part, take in and run full diagnostics on my vehicle, and make the necessary repairs (including securing a new battery which I did not originally have as part of my request) within hours. We started talking around noon or so, and by 5:30, I was on my way home with everything done. They also tipped me off to some other work that I was going to need on the car in the near future regarding the tires, telling me exactly when and why I should be pursuing that work and justifying the need by showing me the tread markings as opposed to just simply claiming work needs to be done like some shops will do. You can tell they are not just about the bottom line, but really want to help out and retain their customers by presenting quality work to be done at the best price possible, which again is rare for a mechanic. These guys definitely just became my new go-to shop for anything in the future, and they guarantee their work in case there's ever a problem going forward. Looking forward to having someone to call without the hassle of searching around in the future, and would 100% recommend to anyone needing a solid mechanic/shop they can actually trust.
