I had a great experience with Dynamic collision LIC. I went in for a broken headlight and front bodywork I called them up and was able to bring in my vehicle the same day. I must say this is the most cleanest and organized body shop facility I've ever encountered . Alex was awesome very knowledgeable and friendly as well as the staff. I felt more than comfortable leaving my vehicle with them and having my service done. They kept me updated with any issues regarding my vehicle and when I picked my vehicle up once the work was completed I was beyond pleased with the work done. Also the vehicle was completely cleaned and cover with covid protection seat cover as well as steering wheel etc. ( I don't know about you but I hate taking my vehicle to get work done only to come back to a filthy vehicle and the workers fingerprints all over my interior). I would most definitely recommend Dynamic Collision LIC to all my friends and family. Great Job Dynamic Collisions ... keep up the great work! read more

When acquiring service/repairs for my car, I'm not only concerned with the end result; I expect a quality experience overall. I look for places that can do the job, while demonstrating professionalism and pride in their work. Many businesses, specifically in the auto service/repair industry, lack that whole "experience" factor; it's usually a rushed, non-informative interaction that comes with a hefty price tag and a ton of uncertainty, to say the least. The times I've had my car repaired at Dynamic Collision, I've done so with full trust and confidence that they'd treat my car as their own. Each time, they've gone above and beyond to complete the work, keeping me in the loop 100%. I always get my car back looking and running good as new. Their entire staff is amazingly friendly and competent, which is very rare these days. I really can't recommend this body shop enough! I guarantee it's the last body shop you'll ever have to search for. read more

My CX-5 was hit causing damage to my bumper. I contacted Alex from dynamic collision and sent him pictures of the damage and explained the situation. Alex assured me that he would contact the other parties insurance and provide them with an estimate for all the necessary parts and repairs. Alex kept me updated every step of the way and was able to have my car fixed and back to me within 3 days. I am very impressed at how quickly and more importantly how well the car was fixed. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dynamic Collision at 33-11 37th Ave. LIC, NY 11101 - and this is due to the expertise and support of everyone involved - especially Bill, the Manager, Emily, the office manager, and Starling who headed the team that repaired and restored my 2006 Toyota Highlander! I had areas of rust that had to be mitigated before a replacement windshield could be fitted, additionally, there were other deficiencies that were in serious need of work. I know I hoped my car would look good - but I was bowled over by the end result. My car looks like it just came off the assembly line! The work that Dynamic does is outstanding - and I unconditionally and absolutely recommend them. read more

After a horrible experience previous years at a different auto repair shop, I was terrified to ever go back into a shop again but accidents happen. From the moment I walked in Alex & his team made me feel secured & I knew my car was in good hands. The process went very smoothly and Alex kept me informed throughout the entire time my car was in the shop. My car came back looking like it was never involved in a accident & shinier than ever. (Amazing car wash) Alex & his team are very professional, responsible & very attentive. They will definitely be my go to shop & will always be highly recommended. read more

Great service. Got into an accident with a taxi driver (of course), had to fix the entire right side from front to back... there was a flood at the time, and there was a shortage of rental cars, but thanks to DC, i was able to secure one during a very needed time. Some of the cleanest facilities I have ever seen, even though I am Japanese, and we care very much about neatness and cleanliness. they went as far as to remove germs and bacteria due to COVID-19. Thank you guys for your services at Dynamic Collision. You guys get 100%. (Thumbs up) read more

They were referred to me by my coworker. I took my car to get damage fixed to the bumpers, doors and side panels. The office/waiting area is spacious and very clean and inviting. Alex and the front desk receptionist were very professional. Alex checked my car and gave me my estimate which was a great price. I took my car the following Monday and it was ready on Friday like he said he was hoping for it to be. My car looks brand new! I will be referring them to anyone I know who needs their car fixed, maintained or washed. read more

This business is professional from start to finish. I bring my car here once a week for" the dynamic detail" and I can say I haven't had one complaint. They treat your car like it's theirs. Fortunately I haven't needed to get any collision work done but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate bringing it to them, from seeing the work that they do first hand. If your OCD about your car being perfect then you won't regret bringing your car here. It will come back to you better than new. read more
