What a rip-off. They advertise and Express wax. That's $15 additional to your car wash and then when you ask them they're charging you $60 for the express wax. Is that not a rip off an bait and switch? With that being said, they did an amazing amazing car wash so therefore I'll forgot a little miscommunication with the $60 adjusting this review. I can't believe how good of a job they did read more

Clean Touch Car Wash - And this photo is the proof that they're false advertising - Car Wash Near Me - Staten Island, New York

Don't let them work on your car. They will put cheap and the incorrect oil in your car. The car wash also scratches paint.

I ordered a full service carwash with interior and wash mats, great job. after the cash wash I waited outside for them to clean the inside, beautiful job. Great price, I was amazed how cheap it was, especially for Staten Island prices. They also have a couple of great looking girls working there which makes the wait worth it. read more

I could clean my car better with my eyes closed . I waited 50 minutes today only to have to come and snd clean my car again . Many more pics of this horrible job. Waste of 20$ read more

The new ownerships prices are ridiculous they are charging twice what the old ownership charged for hand wax and also stated coupon I had for oil change was expired I realize it was three months old but never a problem before as I would have gotten a. We coupon on my next oil change which I'm due for but I won't be using that service as well going forward read more

He looked claims this never happens will call me in 24 hours to review video. Never received a call. Why couldn't he do it while I was there. My suspension is he will delete that part. They took my number and name and nothing. They will never take responsibility for definitely they caused. I will inform everybody. Don't trust them. read more

Terrible, they never clean the inside properly no matter how much you tell them or even offering to pay extra, since the new owners took over place hasn't been the same read more

Had coupon from oil change place next door...had no expiration date on it yet was told they expire in 30 days. I have saved up a few because I wash my own car regularly but like to use them on a cold winters day instead ..not good business to state your coupons expire and just assume we know that read more

I have been going to this place when I tell you for almost over 20 years never once had I had an issue. Not one time. I went today to get my car washed with the receipt that I had from getting my oil changed. I was not aware that as of now the new management only honor is the free car wash within 30 days or else it expires.. meanwhile I had literal four receipts in my hand just from over the couple of months of work that I had done. The man that was standing at the drive-through and was checking receipts was a very nasty man. I asked him if he could honor the free car wash since I've been a customer for over 20 years and he told me absolutely not. I told him I was even willing to still pay for everything else that I normally pay because really even with the free car wash I really end up paying $50 for everything extra and all the little knickknack to buy on the way out. It's really not about the 10 or $11 for a free car wash. It's about the point now ! With this new management, they are going to lose a lot a lot of loyal clients and business.!!! This is the very last time I will ever go there for a car wash .. wish I could rate it a zero but I can't read more

This is normally my go to, but today I got here at 6:25pm. The car was closed at 7:00, so 35 minutes should be more than enough time do a simple exterior wash. There was no one in front of me online, and the machine was still on washing cars. But for whatever reason I was turned away, saying they were already closed. Turning away customers 35 minutes early is not good business. read more

Took my car today 2/16/2021 because the weather was beautiful but found this place VERY disappointing. The only thing that was cleaned and looked clean, was the exterior of my car and only that because the tires were left dirty. The mats, which I paid extra for to get washed, just got rinsed with water so the dirt remained. The inside, still with dust and whatever they use to spray clean the interior was left splashed. Now, I'm sure that the owner is going to read this review and reply "why didn't you speak with you?" Well, to that I say have your workers clean well so that the customers don't have to write a bad review nor have to return to show you a job poorly done. I'm never returning to this place. I'll attach the pictures so that you can see how bad this was! read more

This family owned business place is great! They do such a great job cleaning your car, so detailed. Not to mention the customer service is amazing, so friendly. I moved to Nj but make sure when in Staten Island to come get my car washed here read more

Was very happy with this car wash , very pleasant and thorough. There was a waiting time but very worth it, my car was sparkling. I got the Super which was 23.00 which is reasonable for the job they did! Happy customer. Highly recommend! read more

Customer service was good but i felt i was overcharged. I found another place that was half the price. It also came with a free carwash overall not too bad. read more

My husband had my truck detailed a couple of weeks ago. $240 for this. The amount of cleaning product residue let all over the inside (and out), in every crack and crevice is astonishing. I have no words. Photos will speak for themselves. Now I am outside with a bucket of water preparing to clean up the mess that was left behind. Disgraceful service for a high price! Edit: OMG!!! It's soap and it's lathering up everywhere! This will take me hours to clean off. I've gone through two buckets of water and it's all just lathering up and nearly impossible to remove! This soap will be here till the end of days!!!!! read more

Very inexpensive car wash, the line was a little long but definitely worth the wait. Paid for the best package and my car was completely clean which was very needed during Covid read more

When you get the oil change you get a free car wash and let me tell you when it's free it's like they can give a crap ! My cup holders sill had grime and what ever in them my dashboard still dusty and my hatch on my truck wasn't even touched ... when I pay they usually do the back of my truck free they call it In and half ass it. I had to wipe the inside down myself after the car wash. No reason for it but I guess free is free ... read more

Don't leave anything of value out if you go here!! They stole my AirPods and the car wash was below average !!

Not a good service. The only place that looked clean was the exterior of my car, they did a terrible job with the interior. Everything was still dirty and dust everywhere, I had to call one of the guys to come back and clean what they left dirty but they still didn't do a good job. Not gonna return here. read more

its relatively slow but good deals . However .. waiting in the waiting room listening to the owners portly rude 12 year old daughter Emily was horrific . They allow her to sit all day with customers in the waiting room on speaker phone for hours just cursing and yappingg about nothing rudely in front of my children. very unacceptable and bad for business . Promise you will leave with a migraine read more

This is def. one of the most popular car washes I have seen on the island. I like to come here super early because if not this line can take up a whole section on Hylan Blvd and cause some traffic. The workers are pretty nice and they clean my car pretty good and even found a gold ring i guess i lost under my seats so that was a really nice thing to do since you hear nightmares about some places and how things go missing even your own car charger! I don't mind coming here and also getting my oil changed too next door, they also offer free coffee and bagel sometimes in there own private deli with proof of receipt from your wash so thats nice. I like this place just that it can get really crowded and you can wait a good couple of minutes just to exit the lot because theres cars everywhere. read more

Brooklyn and Manhattan have 24 hours and late-night car washes, but Staten Islanders have no late options. Maybe that's why so many cars here (including my own) are sorely in need of washing. Then you get places that close early. The hours posted online show that they are open until 7 pm, but I have driven by at 6:15, 6:30 (not rainy days) and the place is closed. read more

Damage to my vehicle and the owners won't take responsibility. Look at the cameras saw it and still said it was impossible. Brand new 90K vehicle with 500 miles. Spent lots of money at this car wash. Won't spend another penny. read more

Have been going here for at least 10 years. Just today I went and used the valpak coupon for a $32.99 oil change, but was charged almost $50.00 because they changed my oil filter, without even asking me if I wanted a new one. This is the first time this has ever happened. The woman behind the counter said they always change the filter - which I know from experience is incorrect. THIS IS BULL; I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ASKED IF I WANTED THE FILTER CHANGED. For them to just take it upon themselves to pad their bill and not honor the friggin coupon, then they shouldn't send them out. I won't be going here anymore. I know things are tough for everyone right now, but don't lie to people and don't try to take them for fools just for a few dollars more. Told everyone I know so far to go elsewhere because these people have obviously become greedy liars. read more

Good people good prices good wash! Line unfortunately goes wayyyyyyyyyyyy around the block but worth the wait

Excellent service, I told the owner who was working the line what I wanted done, he gave me a fair price and they did a outstanding job. Everything I asked for and the car in general was spotless and the people working were very kind. The owner was a very polite and respectful gentleman. I definitely recommend this wash! read more

Long lines, moves quickly, OK service. I have been to other car washes on Staten Island and I have definitely had better service. We got the full wash, interior and exterior, and once one person was drying the car and washed the windows inside. The car was still dirty by the bumpers and had hand prints on the windows. Not a fan. read more

Has definitely improved since my first review. My car comes out visibly cleaner and I like the crew and owner.

By far the worst car wash I've been too just opened the trunk on my SUV which I told the guy to clean he said no problem I paid 30 dollars to get car cleaned but guess what trunk was still dirty I keep saying to myself im not going there that place is good just for regular wash nothing else you pay extra for nothing never again that's my final time they need to do what you pay for not just say yes and never touch it read more

Place is really just a horrible car wash. No matter what you or what you pay the workers are horrible, the owner is nasty when you have a complaint. They never dry your car fully, the inside of the car is supposed to be clean but it never comes out clean. I always have to ask the guys to re wipe down the doors and the dash. Your wheels are also never cleaned fully the dirt and grime from the road is still left in crevices of the wheels. Just overall really a horrible place to go get your car washed. read more

We always wash our car there, recently we've noticed the car isn't cleaned good. The windows are with strikes, so my husband tells the guy tipat a little more attention to them. That made the guy flipp he threw the recipe to my husbands face and told him to leave, specifically saying if you need 50$ lobster go to a restaurant(?) and than started cursing at my husband. Trying to make him leave. Wasn't going to happen for sure! Than another worker said he is nasty with a lot of costumers what a shame!! This guy doesn't belong there! There is plenty of car washes in our area! This kind of behavior will drive costumers away! read more
