I called to let them know that my car was leaking and the man on the phone was really rude and looking to start a problem and told me if I had an issue I should come in person to complain when all I asked was what I should do he told me to turn my car off (which was already off since I can see it was leaking) and he told me that he doesn't know what I should do and when I asked him why he was yelling at me he continued yelling saying he wasn't yelling. This place is really sketchy and more expensive than any other places I've ever been too.. I'll never go back and I hope everyone else that sees this never goes there either it was terrible. Sure that you would have to make an appointment for that especially on weekends. Anyways, was towed here around lunchtime and once they made a few phone calls around the area for a new one. Just had to wait about 1 1/2 hours to get everything completed. Turned out that I needed 4 . Which I knew anyway, so just had to bite the bullet and get them all replaced. Thanks guys. So glad you were close & not to busy. And yes, saved about 10% on the tires with AAA. Which made this a little less annoying experience.

I was bamboozled. I told the manager I was writing this review…read more Don't go here. They over charge They lied to me about an alternator installation. The manager said he was going to put in a factory Hyundai part for me at a cost of $365 total with labor $487. After I completed my research I accepted the steep price. Something told me to check the actually alternator installed in my car because I knew mechanics that would lie and pull the wool over consumers eyes whom they thought knew nothing about automotive... and I discovered he put in a rebuilt low en alternator. There was no Hyundai stamp or sticker just a dirty greasy bar code. When I confronted him about this all he said was "oh well that's what it is. That's the price" The part cost $100 and they put a 250% Mark-up and a lie on it. My family has been going there since we moved up the block when I 9 years old. And now we will not anymore and told the neighbors and now I'm telling all of you. Helpful?
