I reached out for a quote and Vasile was quick to respond and provide a quote that worked for my budget. He was very thorough in explaining the PPF process and the take it will take to install it. Once it was completed, Vasile let me know it was ready for pick up and walked me through the work that was done. The PPF installation was done amazingly - near perfect. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for PPF installation to check this shop out. They also do other kinds of work - I am planning to change the color of my car and have PPF installed on the rest of the car end of the year. Looking forward to hiring Vasile and his team for continue work.

I had a great time sorting this issue out with Arthur from Waxman of Tristate. The problem I had…read morewas water was leaking heavily (can't even express how much) into my car and I originally went to a family friend who said with the utmost confidence that the leak was due to CLOGGED SUNROOF Drains and its an easy fix. However I did a little digging myself and found the water was actually coming from my A/C system and pooling in the passenger footwell. It sucks cause my insurance wouldn't cover the damages. But Arthur helped me out with a good price for fixing not only the actually problem being the A/C condenser, he also replaced the messed up carpets and treated for rust and mold. All in all my experience there was great. Wishing it was covered under insurance but just wanted to say thanks to Arthur for the help. definitely will be coming here more for any detailing needs!!

The products he uses are not cheap, but his price is so fair for all the hard work and everything he uses on your car to protect it. He is such a professional, and very old for his years! He cares so much about your vehicle, and for him to do the most outstanding job he can do. He works hard, and does not stop until there is not a spec of dirt on your car. I had my Volvo done yesterday, and my husband got in the car today he said it was showroom condition. Neal thank you for always doing your best, and for taking care of your customers so amazingly. They allowed me to wait inside their heated garage while they washed and detailed the truck. They did a magnificent job. I should have taken pics before hand for comparison. Making an appointment was such a breeze - the owner was easily able to accommodate my schedule. And he gave a great assessment beforehand and clearly explained what he'd be doing in the detail package I got. Judging from my "before" picture, it's pretty obvious that my car interior was not in good shape - tons of dog hair, dirt/wood from a camping trip, sand from the beach, etc. And judging from the "after" picture, these guys clearly know what they're doing. Not a single strand of hair or piece of dirt existed on the interior once they were done. And the hard surfaces had an amazing shine. Not to mention, smelled fantastic! As far as the exterior, I've never seen my car in better shape. A&J was even able to buff out some scratches that I've never had luck with myself. Even the hubcaps looked brand new. I dropped my car off in the morning and got it back by the end of the day, which is miles faster than the timeframe other detailers gave me. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience with A&J. If you're looking for a car detailer with incredible service, quick timeframes, & an affordable price, this place is DEFINITELY worth your time. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!! Thanks again guys!

I would be happy with the installation results of the PPF and ceramic coating. The contract was for entire front using EXPEL PPF And Expel ceramic coating. The entire PPF had to be redone after I got a call that car is ready and to pick it up. When I got to Wrap Mogul I knew immediately the PPF was Installed in correctly and looked terrible. After waiting 4 days they totally destroyed the PPF that was sitting on my brand new car, after waiting for months to get this car. The cut lines looked were not even at all. Some places were missing PPF on the bumper. But the other side of the bumper had the missing PPF. Excuses after excuses. The PPF was not tucked in. Lines were off. The hand cut was literally terribly not straight. And you can see where the installer went back to straighten the lines but made it worse. It looked like the PPF installation was a botched DYI job. Not even close to acceptable. The installer said it was the best. No no no, that is absolutely not true. They kept my car for almost two weeks to redo the PPF! The owner Stretch made me feel it was at fault. He didn't say it, but the entire experience was terrible. To pay thousands of dollars to get a terrible job and worse the experience was the worst. PPF is already peeling and getting dirty. The ceramic coating is a problem, after I pickup my car, 3 days later it rained, the wind shield never had the beading effect ceramic coating is suppose to behave if installed correctly. I can see other parts of the car had water beading. I do not want to go back to experience the same or worse. When the owner has low expectations. Honestly, maybe that is the best this shop is capable of. Expel has warranty and Wrap Mogul has to life time warranty on installation. RHow can I trust Mogul Wrap todo the corrections? It's a brand new car. Im out thousands of dollars, I to have get the front Expel PPF stripped for the third time in 2 months and have PPF reinstalled and have the PPF ceramic coated. I've owned the car for only 3 months. This shop is an Expel authorized installer. I've Never used Expel PPF nor their ceramic coating. I usually have 3m put on. First experience with Expel, now Will Expel warranty the PPF and ceramic coating that was installed by Expels authorized installer?
