I hate this damn car wash. But it's on the same street that I live on. I spilled a protein shake all over my passenger seat the day before going. That's the main reason I went. Saturday morning. Waiting in line, whatever. There's a guy that goes to the car to ask what you want before you start the car wash. I'm in the full service line. Second car. He goes to the car in front of me. He goes to the car behind me. Then he goes over to the exterior only line. Completely ignores my car But then I'm up. Okay. I go inside thinking maybe there might be a cashier inside since he ignored me. Nope. My car starts going thru. I'm waiting on the exit Side now. Finally the line guy comes like running up to me and rudely says "how much did you pay?" I said "nothing you legit ignored me". Then asked me what I was getting done. ... you tell me guy. You already started working on my car. Without asking what I wanted. I got full service so they can clean the protein shake off my seat. Can you tell the before and after ? Because I can't. Very expensive, and cash only. They do a decent job, and most of the staff are very nice and helpful. Operative word is most. No same day rain policy, but they give you a coupon. Collect ten , get a free basic wash. I didn't care for the guy who collects the money. He was never rude to me, but he gave my wife a lot of double talk when she asked him about the different washes on the menu. read more

I was coming here about 2-3 times a month. Enough. Started to notice a lot of small scratches on the car. Definitely not kids, nails or rocks. It's the car wash! Cash only. Really? XXl century! Come up with different ways to scam your way out of taxes or to launder the money. After the last car wash it rained within three hrs. When I came back the next day to ask if they have a "rain policy," was told No. OK. There are plenty of other washes on SI which respect their clients and give them little perks here and there. Pros: Relatively new equipment inside of the wash itself is much better than the old machines. A group of guys storm your car to dry it off which is pretty cool. Con: I only do exterior washes because their prices for full service are too high. read more

As I was paying for my car wash, I asked for an interior/ exterior wash but didn't know the "name" of the car wash. (This place names their different washes). The man accepting my payment is annoyed with me And tells me "next time you come, make sure you read the signs and know what you want." How about next time I'll go to another car wash? Outstanding and well run operation. The team does a great job cleaning both interior and exterior of vehicle. A virtual Army of guys are all over the vehicle wiping it down ensuring its clean - a tad pricy, but you get what you pay for. My friend recommended me this place and I came with high expectation. I had the full service at 24 dollars with extra 5 dollars for a extra set of mats, paid cash in advance. I walked out of the place not happy, some parts of floor not vacuumed well, one mat still wet with dirty water drop, many parts of car were stil dirty., so I had to go back to do some more vacuum and wiping. I haven't receive such a good car wash for a while!!!! They cleaned the s%#t out of my car. Vacuumed everything even trunk. Sprayed shite to a dash board. Soooooo good. I didn't even want to seat there with my dirty shoes. And it was fast and only $20. After car was washed 8 people was wiping it and they did a great job!!! Haven't washed in a couple of weeks and had a bunch of "salt" remanence still there... Car was immaculate inside and out.... At one point counted 10 guys working on my car at one time... the brushless wash is fine ..but the Mexican with the steam jetty power wash. started working on a small chip on the hood of my 07 Chevy .mabe confusing it with bird poop.. blasted off a 4!! inch circle of paint of the hood of my car . the owner denied it all when i confronted .him wouldn't play back the video. to even see if the worker was excessive with the power washer..on 1 spot of the hood.. the owner then handed me 1 ,free car wash ticket an says call GM an tell them there paint is defective!!!....... ..so if you have any chips on your car beware!!!of the pre high pressure power washer befor driving thu the car wash they will not take any respondsability for there actions.. read more

Anyways place is less then one star but pretty sure this thing requires some sort of star rating. Been coming here for years. Today was the last time. Progressively going down hill but the prices slowly climb. It's bad enough to have to pay these prices on Staten Island but then to have your car look like garbage is a smack in the face. I never complain but this time I had enough. When I showed the so called boss he made it out like I was the bad guy and talked down at me. I then asked when the owner would be around he ignored me. I wasn't even being picky. The wheel wells were left filthy, and The guy who armoralled the car left clumps of the cream they use and missed three huge spots on the dashboard and missed half my tires.
